This six year old home has an open floor plan for family and friends to hang out together on the upper level. Enjoy panoramic views of wildlife refuge on the bay off the rear (house has dock and water access) great crabbing off dock or in bay. Walk eight minutes to the ocean - great beach for swimming, sunning and fishing. Enjoy movies on the home theatre system with flat screen 3-D TV and surround sound from the Lazy-Boy recliner! Great meals at the long dining room table seats 10.
Comfortable, excellent quality furniture and furnishings throughout. Convenient to Bethany, Fenwick, Ocean City and Rehobeth, yet off the beaten track to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Parking for up to eight cars on a dead end street. This is an incredibly comfortable and tastefully designed home. A true beach getaway.
