This 1820 square foot condominium is waterfront and has two levels, allowing for privacy, when needed. There are two large decks, one of which is screened. There are two master suites, plus a 3rd bedroom. There are two family rooms, (one which is adjacent to & a part of one of the master B/R suites) a convertible couch and an air mattress with pump. THIS UNIT IS STRICKLY NO SMOKING - NO PETS. Plenty of space for two families.
Lounge by one of two pools, play tennis or play basketball. A small playground is also available. Note: This is not a "party condo" and is located among year round residents. Rental to responsible adults and families only. Violation of condo and/or association rules, INCLUDING THE NO SMOKING PROVISION, may lead to eviction, loss of rental fees and forfeiture of all deposit fees.

Weekly Rates:$1300:US$ Only. Security deposit of $300.00 is refunded if there is
no damage, need for extra cleaning or violation of condo/association rules.
