You and your family and friends will fall in love with the prime island location of this beautifully maintained and decorated first floor villa! Our villa consistently earns one of the resort’s top ratings and is furnished and maintained to continuously meet that standard of excellence. Our Parkside Villa is especially suited for children since our backyard is a private section of Night Heron Park.
The villa design features three bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and cable TV. The second and third rooms each have two twin beds. You can enjoy breakfast out in the screened in porch or sit on the deck and relax in the porch swing.
Our villa is a five minute stroll away from ten miles of beach, one of the Travel Channel’s ten best beaches in the USA. We are adjacent to the East Beach Conference Center, Town Center and the new Sanctuary Hotel. There are miles of bike trails, golf courses, several restaurants and great tennis as well as the beautiful beach with incredible sunsets. For the comfort of our guests, our villa is SMOKE FREE. Sorry, while we do like animals, pets are not allowed in our villa.
