Why rent a hotel room when you can get a fully-equipped and furnished home for the same price…and don’t just rent any house (there are lots of houses out there). We have spared no effort to make your stay in our home truly relaxing. It is fabulously furnished by a professional interior decorator and has all the amenities you would want in a home away from home.
After a day of Disney, Universal Studios, Reunion or Championsgate Golf, the conference or convention, wind down in our oversized pool with spa. Grill some steaks for a sunset dinner on the patio, and continue with an optic light show as the pool changes color several times a minute after dark.
In the downstairs family room there is plenty plush seating for everyone when you turn on the surround sound with soft music, pop the disk from your digital camera into the 52- inch widescreen TV, and have a good laugh reliving the day with a slide show.
Spend some time afterwards playing pool, foosball, air hockey, darts, or table games in game room, or grab a book and sneak away to leather luxury in the quiet upstairs family room. When you just can’t go any more (there’s always tomorrow), retire to the elegantly decorated bedrooms for some well earned rest.
Enjoy this ideal vacation in our brand new home. It’s a spacious 3100 square feet, with five bedrooms and four and a half baths in the superb and prestigious community of Windwood Bay. Disney is 10 minutes away, and there are 5 world class golf courses each within minutes of the front door. Everything under the Central Florida sun is within reach.
There are four bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, all luxuriously decorated and equipped with cable TV, DVD and ceiling fans. The Grand master suite has a king bed, a huge master bath with his/her sinks, two person tub and separate toilet/shower.
The Second master has a king bed and is tastefully decorated with its own private (en-suite) bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth has a twin/full bunk bed. The fifth bedroom is downstairs, with a queen bed and its own private (en-suite) bath.
The third and fourth bedrooms share their own bathroom, a design that is especially useful when you want the kids in their own quarters. The upstairs den is a retreat area where you can relax with books, listen to music or work on your computer using our free high speed internet connection. Better still, make a free phone call to your friends anywhere in the country (it's OK if you wake them up), and tell them what they are missing.
The den features a queen pull out sofa sleeper and can be converted to a private sixth bedroom.
The well-equipped family-sized kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. The appliances are upgraded with a glass top range and water/ice dispensing refrigerator. Eat casually at the kitchen counter, patio, or cozy nook, or dine formally in the dining room. It’s your choice. If there’s anything else we can provide, call us.
All vacation homes have furniture, TV’s, and some have pools, but our home has it all. No one has it packaged as elegantly as we have. Our previous guests are still talking.
