This is a private, "Gulf-View" home with deeded beach access (208 steps). This fantastic, spacious home is located on a private street with only three other homes. There is one bedroom with a king bed downstairs and a private bath. Three bedrooms are upstairs; one with two double beds and a twin. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and their own baths. Spend a night cookin' away in the spacious kitchen or relax on the back deck while grilling out. Then, watch the sun come up in the swing on the front porch.
You can also enjoy an outdoor shower after a day at the beach. If you're the athletic type, rent a couple of kayaks for the beach and search for dolphins and stingrays. Leave your linens, beach towels & toys, and chairs at home! Everything you need is here. Cruise Scenic Highway 30-A on bikes or take a stroll to Seagrove Plaza to have pizza and shop. Kick back and relax at "DripCastle."

I stayed 3 nights in the house.My overall experience was enjoyable. I'll list the things I liked about the house and things I disliked a bout it. Likes:1 Has a huge open living room/dining room down stairs. The central air kept it very cool. 2 The property has adequate parking for 4 vehicles.3.It was only 175 steps to the public beach access/1.2 miles from downtown Seaside. 4.Large Kitchen with adequate cooking utensils and pans.5.They have a/c window units upstairs to give extra cooling for the bedrooms. Dislikes: 1. I felt like the furniture/carpet/bedspreads were all a "little" worn. 2.No blackout curtains.We stayed up late, and the sun shines on the front of the house and into the upstairs bedrooms early in the AM. None of theese dislikes would keep me from renting the house again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.
