A delightful penthouse nestled on a point of an Andalusian Beach overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This ático is comfy and intimate yet spacious with a south west facing balcony off the lounge and a south east facing balcony off the second bedroom furnished with tables, chairs and sun lounger.
The lounge is bright and spacious with 1 sofa, 1 love seat, flat screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player and access through patio doors to the south-west facing balcony overlooking pools and Sea.
Off the hall entrance is the dining area which has seating for 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker and fridge-freezer.. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Past the dining area the second bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom with double washbasins, bidet and tub with shower and large closet with fitted drawers. At the end of the hall the third bedroom has twin beds, large closet with fitted drawers, mountain view with WC just down the hall.
The private master bedroom is located upstairs with a queen bed, 2 closets with fitted drawers, en-suite bathroom with double washbasins, bidet and tub with overhead shower.
You have your assigned space in the secured garage car park proximate to the lift to the penthouse door. Public transportation is also close-by bus or taxi. Also as Malaga airport is only 40 miles west so also is the train station that takes you to Madrid.
Torrox Costa is located in the best climate of Europe. For your tourist wants geographically it is perfect for day trips to the Mezquita, the Alhambra, prehistoric caves in Nerja, Gilbraltar and/or the site where Clint Eastwood made his spaghetti westerns. Then when you just want a rest under the sun you have a sunbed on the balcony, or around the pool you spread your towel or to be near wonderful restaurants under the cabanas on Ferrera Beach.
