A delightful penthouse nestled on a point of an Andalusian Beach overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This ático/Penthouse is comfy and intimate yet spacious with a south west facing balcony off the lounge and a south east facing balcony off the second bedroom furnished with tables, chairs and sun lounger.
The lounge is bright and spacious with 1 sofa, 1 love seat, flat screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player and access through glass doors to the balcony overlooking pool and Sea.
Off the hall entrance is the dining area which has seating for 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker and fridge-freezer.. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Past the dining area the second bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom with double washbasins, bidet and tub with shower and large closet with fitted drawers. At the end of the hall the third bedroom has twin beds, large closet with fitted drawers, mountain view with WC just down the hall.
The private master bedroom is located upstairs with a queen bed, 2 closets with fitted drawers, en-suite bathroom with double washbasins, bidet and tub with overhead shower.
You have your assigned space in the secured garage car park proximate to the lift to the penthouse door. Public transportation is close-by via bus or taxi. The Malaga airport is only 40 miles west so too the train station that takes you to the whole of Spain.

Torrox Costa is located in the best climate of Europe while only an hour and half drive to the best skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Ski in the morning then a rest under the sun in the afternoon. Dine in the cool of the evening on the balcony or a short walk to wonderful restaurants. Lovely fresh seafood and vegetables at reasonable prices.
