Just a short, half block walk to the most beautiful beach! Siesta Key has so much to do. Always an ocean breeze with rustling palm trees. Heated swimming pool allows swimming 12 months of the year!! Bike paths are everywhere. Great restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere all with in walking distance. Average temperature is 70.
This is an end unit with parking directly in front for easy unloading. Across Siesta Key Bridge is grocery, movie theaters, and lots of fabulous shopping. Also across the street is reasonable daily boat rental, so you can go see nature. Dolphins, manatees and lots of bird life. Summer siesta has Tuesday children's fun run at the public beach and all runners receive a popsicle and a wonderful sunset!!

- Very close to beach, no busy streets to cross. Close to Captain Kurts where the seafood is super and family oriented. They have a large screen tv for sporting events. Walking distance to several other resturants and bars on the southern end of Siesta Key.

My wife and I live in Georgia and decided to take a long weekend during Veteran's Day Weekend (Bless our soldiers) in November and absolutely loved our short stay of 3 nights. The condo was extremely clean, weather outstanding, and just perfect for a weekend getaway, week, month, or for that matter forever. We really liked the convenience to the beach and dowtown village and the owners take alot of pride in their property, truly a very pretty part of Florida !!! True Southern Hospitality in Florida .We will be back, Promise.. Leave the beach chairs under the bed, so we don't have to pack ours next time!

Just spent the month of June at this property and it was great everything was as was listed the studio is charming made for 2 and our small dog was a real relief to be able to take our dog with us. The owner got there right after we arrived and was very nice to do business with thanks again for a wonderful place to stay at the #1 beach in Florida.

Our stay was just what we needed! Cozy bungalow just a block from the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and well decorated. Perfect for a couple with a small baby and small dog. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Spent a long Easter weekend at this studio condo. It was as advertised - cozy but cute and clean. Very nice pool and within walking distance to the beach. The owner was A+ (we locked ourselves out on Easter and she rushed right down with a key!) It was also pet-friendly so Tater enjoyed his stay as well. Would recommend this rental to any single or couple.

A very clean and comfortable efficiency with plenty of room for a couples retreat. Short walk to beach, shops, resturants, and grocery. Description of the property is accurate and the property owner is very accomodating. I appreciated the extras (beach chairs, towels, cooler, ect) provided and the personal contact upon checking in to ensure we were satisfied.

We couldn't have been happier with this condo! The owner is very accommodating and offered their assistance with anything we needed. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities, beach chairs, towels, full kitchen utensils (helpful when you want to cook instead of eating out). The area is very low key and quiet with only a few units in the complex and the pool was great! Overall, highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Lovery little efficiency. Very clean, owner provides lots of little ammenities, like paper towels, toilet paper, salt, pepper, laundry supplies, etc. Well maintained property with short walk to beach. I would stay there again.
