Fully equipped, stainless steel kitchen, dining room seats 6, separate laundry room--you will love this place.
Can sleep up to 6 with king bed master bedroom which has its own private bath and opens up to the balcony. Second bedroom is spacious,with a queen bed and its own bathroom which also opens up into the hall. Also a queen sofa sleeper.

We have stayed in the Summerlin before and this is by far one of the best units! The 3rd floor views are amazing! We watched the dolphins and porpoises play in the water from the balcony. The decorations and flat screens tvs are a huge plus. The owners are great and easy to work with. They offer a good value for the area.

Tina and Scott, Thank you so so much for letting us rent your condo in August for a much needed get a way for 8 days.. The place was just beautiful and I loved how you decorated it. The scenery from the balcony was just breathtaking . I could sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins jump out of the ocean it was wonderful. I will stay there again next year , My sisters and I have decided to do this once a year we had a great time. Much needed vacation and to relax.. Again Thank you.. Gail Beck

Tina and Scott , We enjoyed our "sister trip" so much. Your condo is tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds with soft clean linens. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, we watched the dolphins every day from the balcony. Also sighted them from the beach. Our favorite restaurant was Ruby Tuesdays, service and food was beyond good. . I think this was the best vacation I have had in a long time. Hope to return again next year.

This was one of our best beach stays in a long time. The condo is very comfortable and well equiped, the weather was spectacular and the beach pristine. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We have rented other units in this complex, but Scott and Tina are some of the nicest owners to work with. We like the smaller complex and practically had the beach to ourselves. We have already recommended this condo to friends.

This was our second stay with Tina at Summerlin (2007 and 2009) and both times everything was great. The heated pool really helps if the ocean is a bit chilly. Three TVs came in handy for when the family wants to watch different shows and the kitchen very well equipped. The condo was very clean and the community quiet, plenty of room at the beach and the pool to toss a ball or fly a kite. A great family environment. We'll go back.

Summerlin 304 was perfect for our family! The condo looks great including the newly remodeled kitchen! This was our 2nd visit and we can't wait to plan for another week at this beautiful beach!
