Amazing views of the Gulf from this luxurious, two bedroom, two bath Diamond floor plan at the Majestic Sun on Seascape Golf Resort in the Miramar Beach area of Destin, Florida. The living room, as well as the master bedroom have floor to ceiling patio doors which open up to an extended balcony. There you can sit, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf only 100 yards in distance. You will not find a better spot to watch the sunsets, than the balconies of the Majestic Sun.
Majestic Sun has a 3200 square feet indoor/outdoor pool complete with waterfalls and hot tubs overlooking the Gulf. The indoor pool is heated and has a swim through to the outdoors. There is a exercise facility on site as well.
Our beautifully appointed condo is located on the third floor in the B Building. The top floor of the parking garage leads you to a covered walkway to the third floor, so you can avoid the elevator. We are the second unit from the end, making it extra quiet.
Majestic Sun is located in the Miramar Beach area, which is situated between Destin and Sandestin. There is not a better location to reach all that Destin has to offer. Just a few miles away are: The Destin Commons(outdoor lifestyle mall along with great restaurants and a multiplex theatre), Silver Sands Outlet Mall(the largest designer outlet in the SouthEast. Our favorite new addition to the front of the Outlet is a brand new Starbucks!, the ever expanding Village of Baytowne Wharf and the newest addition Grand Boulevard(great shopping and dining). Directly on the beach across from the Majestic Sun is Whale's Tail, a Destin landmark for over 20 years. Enjoy breakfast,lunch and dinner inside or on the deck. Downstairs the bar is steps from the ocean and here you can enjoy your favorite frozen drink!

Why the Owner Chose Majestic Sun
After deciding to purchase a condo in Destin, we spent a year searching for the right one. With three small children, we had to have something family friendly. We wanted something close to all the new restaurants, shops and activities. Sandestin seemed to be that place! Majestic Sun is on the border of Sandestin, close to tons of activities. My kids especially loved the indoor heated pool at the Majestic Sun. We loved it so much we ended up buying two units! Destin Commons a newer outdoor lifestyle mall is 4 miles away, Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only 1.5 miles away. Our favorite spot is Baytowne Wharf, located 2 miles away on the Bay side in Sandestin. Grand Boulevard is just down the road with new shops, restaurants and a Publix Grocery store. Right across the street on the beach is the famous Whales Tail, great for all meals and perfect for an afternnon cocktail, one of the few places actually on the beach. Majestic Sun is a short and beautiful drive to Watercolour, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach. With so much to do, you'll wish you could stay longer than a week!!

My husband and I grew up in Ohio and Rhode Island. After college, we headed South, tired of the cold weather. We have been living down South now for almost 20 years and now reside in Franklin, TN. We had never heard of Destin, FL when we moved here. Our friends told us we had to go visit. Well...one visit and we were hooked! The beaches are unlike any you have seen. We have traveled quite a bit in our time from Maui to the Caribbean...nothing compares to the emerald green water and sugar white sand found in Destin! We have three children ages 9,7 and 3. They loved visiting Destin so much we decided to purchase a condo at the Majestic Sun. Actually, we loved the Majestic Sun so much we bought 2 units!
