Rare, four-bedroom (with two Master Bedrooms), beachfront condominium in the heart of Destin! Built in 2001, this unit #701 E was totally remodeled in 2007! Free access and walking distance (on the beach!) to the finest fitness center in Destin at Silver Shells! Silver Shells fitness center also has a SPA where you can get massages, facials, manicures and be totally pampered!

701 E is a seventh-floor corner unit that is high enough for a spectacular view but low enough to recognize your kids in the pool or on the beach. Mid-level units are the most sought after. It has two balconies, one which overlooks Destin's sugar-white sand beach and the other with a panoramic view of the heart of Destin! All four bedrooms have direct balcony access!

701 E features two King beds, one Queen, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa so it easily sleeps 10 without being overcrowded! Each bedroom has 9' ceilings, closet and entertainment center. The bedroom with two twin beds has a flat screen TV!

The main Master Bedroom has fantastic beach views and direct access to the sweeping balcony. Tired of tripping over your luggage while on vacation? 701 E has a huge closet plus a separate storage room in the main Master Bedroom which is perfect for organizeing all of your luggage and beach accessories while keeping them easily accessible.

The main Master Bathroom with 9' coffered ceiling and a double vanity also has excellent views of the beach! The huge walk-in shower measures 4 1/2 ft. x 5 1/2 ft. with seating that is great for shaving those legs before going to the beach. If that is not enough there are also beach views from the shower!

The main Master Bathroom has a unique window that lets you see the beach even while sitting in the jacuzzi! VERY RELAXING!

The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, Corian counter tops, trayed/coffered ceiling and a wonderful view of the beach! Don't like peeling potatoes? It is much easier while viewing Destin's sugar white beach and emerald green water from the kitchen window!

Silver Beach Towers boasts two of the largest swimming pools in Destin which are surrounded by an equally large tanning deck, with two hot tubs, all directly on the beach!

Silver Beach Towers has a huge grassy area that is also directly on the beach for the kids to play in. This area is secured and fenced. The community gas grills are in this area too so Dad can grill while the kids play!

Master Bedroom #2 and Bedrooms number 3 and 4 all have access to the 'front' balcony which has a sweeping view of Destin. Never seen Destin from the 7th floor at night? It is truly breathtaking especially when the Big Kahuna has their slingshot ride operating! Blockbuster Video, Subway, Smoothie King, Wings, Destin Diner, and Merlin's pizza are all across the street, very handy.

Tired of waiting forever to get onto Highway 98? Silver Beach has its own traffic lights at Airport Road, a real time saver when all you need is a loaf of bread or gallon of milk! No more turning right when you really want to go left just to get onto Highway 98!

701 E is assigned parking space #168 in the covered parking garage. This parking space is directly in front of, and 23 paces from, the elevator that goes to the seventh floor. Once on the 7th floor it is only 13 more paces to the front door of 701 E. This is one of the most convenient reserved parking space in the entire secured parking lot of Silver Beach and really is handy when moving-in or after a big shopping spree! Nice when it is raining too! You will be given a key fob that opens the gate to the parking area and also gives you access back into the building from the beach! The parking area is not only secure from unauthorized vehicle traffic but also prevents unauthorized persons from walking into the parking area. Very secure!
