Remodeled and professionally decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condominium. Access our west-facing third floor Condo by elevator and enter our quiet (non-poolside) home which overlooks a gently sloping, white sand beach which allows for easy entry to the ocean. Excellent snorkeling, (turtles and local fish) over lava outcroppings with coral are on either side of Polo Beach.
Swimming and bogey boarding are popular on this private-feeling beach. Views from our condo include the West Maui Mountains and the Island of Lanai. Spectacular sunsets year-round and whale-watching from January through March are right outside your sliding glass doors.
The living room is decorated in Hawaiian-style luxury. Classic rattan furniture, provide comfort while reading, relaxing,or gazing out at the beach and ocean, listening to Hawaiian music (CD's in chest under the TV)) or watching your 52 inch flatscreen HDTV with Bluray CD/DVD player,and HD cable box. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and 46 inch flatscreen TV and DVD, with access to the lanai.
All beds and pillows are encased with "CleanRest, ultra allergy" for complete protection from dust mites and allergens.
The master bath and guest bath have luxurious glass brick, pebble-bottomed showers. The second bedroom has twin beds and 32 inch flatscreen TV. Ceiling fans are in all rooms. Our fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances and filtered water to refrigerator.Free high-speed internet/wifi is provided.
The grounds feature an oceanfront swimming pool and spa, gas barbeque area, herb garden, and beautifully landscaped grounds with native flowering plants and trees. We are located at the starting point of the famous Wailea beachfront one and a half mile paved walkway. Award-winning restaurants, golf and shopping are within walking distance.

Why the Owner Chose Polo Beach Club
Polo Beach Club is a perfectly situated property. No other property offers better views or beach access. The buildings construction is superior. Tropical conditions can not permeate it's structure.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are on a beautiful, white sand, private feeling beach. The beach is flanked by two coral reefs. It is great for snorkeling, swimming and body surfing. The famous Wailea, waterfront, mile and a half walk ends here. We are next door to the Kea Lani(Fairmont). The Four Seasons and The Grand Wailea are up the path. Great restaurants, Spagos, Nick's Fishmarket are within walking distance.

We live here part of the year. We have lovingly remodeled every inch of our home. Polo Beach is the most beautiful spot we could find on Maui. My husband and I live in Tiburon when we aren't here. He has owned La Barca Restaurant in the Marina District of San Francisco for 47 years. I taught 7th and 8th grade art in Santa Cruz for 27 years. I'm retired and love nothing more than hiking, swimming, snorkeling and volunteer work.

Reyna- Fabulous in every respect! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. So clean and functional. The classic design of the bathrooms with a touch of whimsy ia greatly appreciated. Your video system allowed us to enjoy Pillars of the Earth on a bright clear screen.

We just spent the first week in October in 307. The virtual tour shows you exactly what to expect. There were no surprises. The views and condo are as beautiful as the virtual tour depicts. On top of that, the beds were very comfortable. We all slept really well while there. The Polo Beach Club is located on the beach in front of the Fairmont Kea Lani. There is a nice walkway that will take you to the Shops of Wailea for dining and shopping. The walk is about 1 1/2 miles. It's not hilly so it's an easy walk. For dining it's hard to beat the restaurants at the Four Seasons which you can also walk to. Across the street is golf. If you dine at Gannon's after a round of golf, keep your receipt and return for dinner one evening for a 20% discount on the bill. Rayna was wonderful to work with and had detailed instructions for use of the condo. While we were there, the housekeeper called to see if we needed anything. You will truly feel like you are in Paradise by staying at this lovely, comfortable place.
