In addition, we have a DVD library for you to choose from. You will remember this rental for its comfort and cleanliness. And yes, you will want to come back! Nestled in the pines of Tahoe Valley our home is the perfect place to relax after enjoying all that beautiful Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is the perfect place for friends to get away for a great ski or golf weekend or just some good family fun. A large fenced backyard for the kids to play. This home is fully equipped, all that is necessary is your food and clothing to complete the picture. Close to everything, the home is located within 5 minutes of Camp Richardson Resort and Pope Beach. There's hiking or sledding up the mountain just a 100 yards away. Golf only 3 miles away. Heavenly Valley is 5 miles, Sierra at Tahoe is 11 miles, and Kirkwood Ski Resorts 30 miles. Stateline casinos are 10 minutes away, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance 3 to 4 blocks, and of course beautiful Lake Tahoe just minutes away. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware for your culinary pleasure. The dining area has table seating for eight and a breakfast bar that seats three. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom (2) has a queen-size bed. Bedroom(3)has two twin beds. The Great room is equipped with a queen-size sofa sleeper. All beds have flannel linens, pillows and comforters. This home is privately owned and is our vacation home. We have it just the way we like it and take extreme care of it. We take pride in offering our home to visitors to beautiful lake Tahoe and hope that your stay will be memorable. We ask our renters to please treat our home as if it were your own home.

Monthly rates............................$100/night .. $3000/Month
Friday & Saturday rates..................$250/night
Weekday rates Sunday thru Thursday.......$200/night
Call for Holiday Rates for Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th July
$150 cleaning fee. $250 security deposit refundable upon inspection.
Please note, We require a 50% rental deposit to hold the reservation.
If rental date is within 30 days of arrival, full deposit is required.
