In addition to the Carriage House, there is a private ground level Bachelor's Studio suite that can accommodate two people and has a kitchen with eating area and a bright large living room with a built in Murphy bed and a 4 piece private bath. The Bachelor's Suite has a locking door that can be joined to the Carriage House for large families or groups.

This private sanctuary is comprised on 12 acres of woodland, streams, meadows, blueberry field, vineyard, and tranquil pond. This is an extraordinary offering within a short drive to World famous Butchart Gardens, Butterfly World, Victoria International Airport, British Columbia ferries and Washington State Ferries.
