Emerald Waters Complex is a luxury 4 story, 36-unit condominium overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Destin on Old Highway 98. You will fall in love with this spot. This a very exclusive neighborhood with beautiful homes and views.
This complex is only three years old and the building and grounds are immaculate.
This condominium is on the ground floor one unit over from the pool for easy access to pool and privacy at the same time. You may park right at the front door, for easy loading and unloading. This is a very child friendly unit. We have a beach closet full of sand toys and beach chairs. We are 50 steps from the beach, with private beach access.
This condominium has a large kitchen with island, granite countertops, side-by-side refrigerator. Two bedrooms each with private bath. Master bathroom has a jetted tub. There is a queen-size sleeper in the living room. TV/VCR/DVD in living area and TV/VCRs in both bedrooms.
