  Beautiful home! Very spacious as we had 8 people staying there and felt like we had lots of room! Was close in proximity to the beaches and downtown. We could walk or ride bike anywhere that we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this home in St. Joseph.

  We used this property as a family reunion location (10 people including 3 kids and 2 dogs). It could not have fit our needs more perfectly! The home is two blocks (easily walkable, especially with the wagon in the shed to transport beach paraphanalia) to Tiscornia Beach, which is quietier and more serene than Silver Beach on the other side of the St. Joseph River. It's only a quick 5-10 minute drive to Silver Beach and surrounding area (Carousel, Discovery Zone, Curious Kids' Museum, restaurants, little shops, etc), where free parking is available. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is huge and easily maneuvered even with our large party. I, particulaly, was impressed and delighted with the two queen sized beds in the upstairs bedrooms. My complete family (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs with crates) were able to sleep comfortably in one of those rooms. The pictures shown of the home are accurate, and yet, barely do it justice! I rated the property as 4 stars because there were some maintenance issues we had to deal with (jacuzzi wasn't working, multiple ceiling fans needed batteries in order to function, television issues, etc). The property owner didn't know of these problems, but was very receptive to my feedback upon our return. In fact, all my questions and emails were answered very quickly from the moment I initially inquired about the property. Overall, a wonderful home that I'd recommend again and again!

  Our week in this inviting home, included 12 - 2 full households (one family) and 2 black labs. The kitchen was perfect for us - with lots of dishes and cookware. We cooked almost every night, without missing any items from home. This house is described online as it stands! Clean and well maintained. Pictures are completely accurate. Beds are welcoming and comfortable. Multiple spacious living areas - one note, if you are not there during the season, you miss out on the huge screened patio. The owners were completely accessible and quick with responses - even to silly questions! If you want the beach to yourself - this is a great time of year with a perfect walk to the beach. Take boys - all ours swam in the lake - 40degrees air temperature - no telling what the lake temperature was! We would not only use the property again - we would recommend to friends. Best part for my husband - this property is removed from the Silver Beach crowds but accessible by bike when desired.

  An excellent location and beautifully maintained, very spacious home where you can truly get some rest & relaxation. We shared our summer vacation here with another family and truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location on quite street with close proximity to the beach, short distance to downtown shopping, eateries and family fun!!!!

  We have stayed at this home several times and continue to return because of the proximity to the incredible beaches and parks. We love the porches and beautiful amenities the house offers. We will definitely return. I have recommended this house to a friend.

  This home is very nicely decorated and quite spacious (ideal for large families). The beach is a comfortable walk from the house. Downtown St. Joe is very close and has a quaint downtown area to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property!
