Two spacious second floor bedrooms with shared bathroom each have two queen-size beds and comfortable chairs to prop up your feet and read. King bed,TV and walk in closet in first floor master suite w/attached marble bathroom w/whirlpool bath. First floor bedroom2 has queen-size bed. Fully equipped new kitchen with stainless steel appliances,ice-maker,hooded stove,microwave and plenty of cabinet space. Dining table seats ten. Large, screened-in porch is huge has 4 couches, table and chairs. Perfect for that afternoon nap.The light and airy living room has fireplace and adjoining sun room. Large gas grill. Basement area has games,children's toys, TV cable and comfortable futons for reclining. Just bring your towels, tanning oil,relax and have fun. Kids museum and lots of activities at Silver Beach
Pets negotiable with additional deposit and signed pet agreement. No land phone, guests bring own cellular phones. Internet provided.

An excellent location and beautifully maintained, very spacious home where you can truly get some rest & relaxation. We shared our summer vacation here with another family and truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location on quite street with close proximity to the beach, short distance to downtown shopping, eateries and family fun!!!!

We have stayed at this home several times and continue to return because of the proximity to the incredible beaches and parks. We love the porches and beautiful amenities the house offers. We will definitely return. I have recommended this house to a friend.

This home is very nicely decorated and quite spacious (ideal for large families). The beach is a comfortable walk from the house. Downtown St. Joe is very close and has a quaint downtown area to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property!
