BEACH MANOR is very tastefully and comfortably decorated.
BEACH LOCKER: We provide you courtesy use of this BEACH MANOR condominium owners beach locker stocked with sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys - located in the ground floor by the Beach Manor doors to the beach. You do not have to lug all that stuff up elevators to the condominium.
BEACH MANOR is a perfect spot for morning coffee, breakfast, brunch, lunch, supper, libation, and dolphin watching.
We provide our Beach Manor guests daily FREE Tops'l Beach set up March through October. Tops'l Beach attendant sets up two resort beach chairs and umbrella in your favorite spot on the beach. You also get courtesy use of the owner's beach locker which is located on the ground floor just as you go out to the beach. The locker is stocked with numerous sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and enough sand toys to wear out the most industrious excavators in your family.
BEACH MANOR has its own five-level, covered, parking deck. Your car will be in the shade and you will stay dry going to/from the condominium even if there is an afternoon rain shower. Beach Manor has its own amenities for our beach guest with its own in-house exercise room, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, and use of two pools that are heated in the winter.
