  Having stayed a number of times in Indian Rocks and Indian Shores we were well acquainted with staying in the high rise condos. This was different and suited us better because once out the door you had access to the beach which was wonderful. This is old Florida and we liked it. The condo had all the amenities you associate with US living and the unit has been recently remodeled as the Americans say. The only downside is that although it says it can take six the second bedroom is smaller than we expected. However it was perfect for myself and my wife. While some of the units have a view of the setting sun this was not an issue with us and in fact we preferred the extra privacy of this back unit. We could walk to restaurants like Guppy's where the food was exceptional and there were specials one day of the week. In the other direction we ate at the Irish pub Mick Quinns named after the Irish rugby international. A bus passes the door to take you to Tyrone Square mall so that it is possible to do away with the necessity of having a car. The Pinellas Trail is a cycle trail which we cycled north to Dunedin. We rented bikes. Plenty to do close to all amenities and the spectacular Gulf of Mexico on your doorstep. We used to see dolphins swimming close to the beach.We will be back.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  Just returned from a fantastic visit at this condo. I have stayed at several properties in the area and I can't rate this place high enough. The property is clean, on the beach and near all the local attractions. Would visit again. Thanks for an enjoyable holiday.

  I stayed in this lovely condo in May of 2010 with my daughter, 8 yr old grandson, and a childhood friend. The condo was very nicely decorated and was roomy and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The washer/drayer combination in the unit was so convenient - No Coin operated Laundromat for us! We had all we we would ever need. There were beach toys,beach towels, tables in front with a beach view, books, movies - just like home, only better. The sand was white, the water was clear, and the sun made it all worth the drive. Don't let the reasonable price fool you! This is a FIRST CLASS CONDO with all the amenities of home. Our host, Paula Ottinot was such a dear. So helpful and a pleasure to work with. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much, we plan on returning to this great beach condo. And it is in our favorite part of the Central Gulf beaches. Gloria P.S. My grandson was initially disappointed when he learned there was no pool, but when we got there, he enjoyed the beach and water so much that he told me didn't miss the pool at all. And neither did the rest of us.

• No Place Like Home

  They say that there is no place like home; however, this comes very close. My family and I have stayed here for the past two summers an d it is wonderful. The condo is close to fine dining, the beach and not too far from Bush Gardens, which we simply love. I can't imagine staying any where else when visiting Florida. Although this isn't home, it is a nice place to call home while visiting Tampa! If you're looking for a place to make memories, this is it. Indeed there is no place like home, but this comes close!

  Our stay at your condo was great. My boys really enjoyed wading and fishing on the beach. Great location for kids and adults. See ya next summer!

  This is a nice apartment, but really suffers from a busy and very noisy road outside. Unless you are a particularly heavy sleeper, you may find sleeping difficult due to the motorbikes going up and down the road. However, it is in a good location with restaurants and attractions nearby. The beach has very easy access, although the apartment description may be misunderstood as offering sea-views - there are none from this particular condo. The beach is lovely.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

  We styed in Jult 2007 and this was a very nice condo will everything you need (including beach cahirs. Although you do not have a direct view of the ocean from the condo, all you have to do is walk outdise, and there it is. We had a great family vacation. You are close to many places to go for the day (St Pete's Beach, Clearwater, Tampa....) We look forward to staying here again! Ondria Stricklin
