#33 Solamar is a unique condo on two floors, with entrances on both floors. All rooms face the ocean. It is very spacious with almost 1500 square feet. This is a deluxe condo, beautifully renovated and attractively decorated. The balcony has now been opened at the front so you can sit outside, put some fish on the grill, watch the sunset and the waves break! There is one king size beds in each bedroom! Recently our building has added a sea wall for protection and we have fabulous swimming and snorkeling. The condo is air conditioned. If you wish to see more photos, please email me!!!!
We are just eight minutes by car from Downtown Puerto Vallarta on the desirable southside. A small shop, restaurant, and bar in the building next door are useful. Cabs and buses are readily available. It is impossible to be closer to the ocean! The sound of the waves is the only sound! We are the choice if you want to hear the sound of the waves, be on the beach, be close to town and want a deluxe property.
