ON A PRIVATE BEACH!
#33 Solamar is a unique condo on two floors, with entrances on both floors. All rooms face the ocean. It is very spacious with almost 1500 square feet. This is a deluxe condo, beautifully renovated and attractively decorated. The balcony has now been opened at the front so you can sit outside, put some fish on the grill, watch the sunset and the waves break! There is one king size beds in each bedroom! Recently our building has added a sea wall for protection and we have fabulous swimming and snorkeling. The condo is air conditioned. Please go to Youtube and type in Trance Lady. You will then see a movie about the condo. Or you can fill out a contact form and ask for the movie.
We are just eight minutes by car from Downtown Puerto Vallarta on the desirable southside. A small shop, restaurant, and bar in the building next door are useful. Cabs and buses are readily available. It is impossible to be closer to the ocean! The sound of the waves is the only sound! We are the choice if you want to hear the sound of the waves, be on the beach, be close to town and want a deluxe property.

Why the Owner Chose South Zone
I wanted a home on the ocean, with no street noise, close to town and spacious. The South side of PV is the best as this is where the mountains meet the ocean. I found my paradise.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The sound of the waves! A shop and a place to eat next door is great. There is easy bus transportation to the old town of PV - very close.

This is our fifth stay at the Condominios Solamar in Puerto Vallarta. It's a great location, and the proximity to the beach and ocean view is incredible. The residents in the building are friendly and most of them are owners, but still friendly to us "renters." The condo is nicely furnished, quiet (other than the ocean) and close to amenities next door at the hotel formerly known as Howard Johnson (they change the name every few years). Great swimming in the ocean, and this winter brought lots of nice sand into the inlet. I'd recommend this location. There are people at the reception all day long and into the evening. I feel safe at the cond. It's not easily walkable to town given the narrow highway, but the bus stops right across the highway and is simple to catch into town. 7 pesos each for the bus, 70 pesos in town for a taxi next door at the hotel. Enjoy Puerto Vallarta and the new Malecon.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
