Veranda is a nine unit complex directly on the Gulf beaches. This unit is a penthouse unit(third floor) with unrestricted views of the Gulf.
The smoke-free unit is completely up to date with new paint, tile floors, stainless appliances, granite counters, and exquisite furnishings. Veranda has a pool directly on the beach side. Parking is under the building.
Unit has a queen in the master, a queen sofa sleeper, and a bunk set in the loft bedroom that features a twin on top and a double on bottom. The building does have a full sized elevator to all floors. The unit also has a very nice balcony. Internet hookup provided. Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in you.
If you don't want the crowds of the large complexes, Veranda #302 is just for you. We are close to the Gulfarium and fishing pier plus numerous restaurants.
cancellation policy : $300 Deposit on Rentals / Full payment within 3 weeks of arrival/No cancellations within 30 days of arrival (case by case exceptions) Must be 25 years old to rent this unit.

The View was awesome and the kids enjoyed going straight out to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of our necessities. Also we appreciate the sand toys provided. We will definitely be visiting here next year!

we enjoyed our stay here! the condo was decorated very nicely and our boys loved the upstairs bunkbeds. the ocean view from the balcony is awesome!

At only 9 units in this building you have the feeling of a private residence on the beach. If you don't like crowds, this is a great place. This unit is on the top floor with unrestricted beach and pool views. the units looks exactly like the pictures on VRBO. It is tastefully done and immaculate.

Everything about this condo was wonderful. Decor, location, price, pool, beach. Would rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
