Veranda is a nine unit complex directly on the Gulf beaches. This unit is a penthouse unit(third floor) with unrestricted views of the Gulf.
The smoke-free unit is completely up to date with new paint, tile floors, stainless appliances, granite counters, and exquisite furnishings. Veranda has a pool directly on the beach side. Parking is under the building.
Unit has a queen in the master, a queen sofa sleeper, and a bunk set in the loft bedroom that features a twin on top and a double on bottom. The building does have a full sized elevator to all floors. The unit also has a very nice balcony.
If you don't want the crowds of the large complexes, Veranda #302 is just for you.
cancellation policy : $300 Deposit on Rentals / Full payment within 2 weeks of arrival/No cancellations within 60 days of arrival (case by case exceptions) Must be 25 years old to rent this unit.
