This oceanfront condo is ideal for families and couples looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. This three bedroom, three bath condominium located on the eigth floor has spectacular views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Enjoy the sunrise on the 200 square foot balcony. For your convenience, high speed internet available in condo.
Upgraded tile included in the entry, kitchen, dining area and living room. New carpeting throughout remainder of condo in Fall 2008. The living room and dining room have a panoramic view with seven oceanfront windows and glass doors. The living room is adorned with a Queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat. This was also replaced in 2008. There is a wash machine and dryer available right in the unit for added convenience.
There is a lazy river, oceanfront pool, and small indoor pool and lots of beach in front of the condominium. The building has a three-story parking garage and the units are located on top of the parking garage for added convenience to the guests. There are two reserved parking spaces for the unit.
There is a storage closet outside of the frontdoor so you won't have to track in unwanted sand. Inside there are kid's sand toys, a cooler and two umbrellas for your use during your stay.
