  We recently spent a long weekend in the condo. It was my first time using VRBO because I've always been concerned about renting from an individual owner. My concerns have been reaching a place and it not being as appears in the pictures. This place was referred to me so I decided to try it. The condo was exactly as described and the owners are nice and very easy to deal with. In fact while there, we checked the summer schedule. I found out if you want a week in June or early July, you need to book before mid-February! We would definitely like to stay there again!

  This condo is very beautifully decorated and comfortable too! It is light and airy and makes you feel great to be there. The beds were comfy and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as they could. The oceanfront views were awesome, even from the very tastefully decorated and well-appointed master bedroom suite. Each of the other two rooms had there own bathrooms too. Our oldest son and his wife and our teenage son loved that they had there own suites too! As our family entered the condo I heard the following comments: "Oh, wow"' "Awesome," and "Mom, you did good!" The owners are great to work with and have thought of everything to include to make your stay at the beach memorable. We didn't even have to worry about packing beach chairs and stuff - they shared theirs with us! What a wonderful, and comfy "home" at the beach! We found our favorite place to stay and can't wait to return!

  We just got back from this condo & absolutely loved it. Everything was just as the owners had said it would be & more! The condo is truly your home away from home. My kids loved the pools & lazy river. We also enjoyed "The Pointe" above the condo. We found so many awesome things there! If you are looking for a family friendly beach & a condo that is clean, nice & very spacious then this is the place for you...can't wait to go back!

  We recently returned from a week at this beautiful condo. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The owners were excellent communicators and very helpful. The location was beautiful, truly a gorgeous view on either side of the home. This was the cleanest as well as best supplied place we have ever stayed at before! The pictures do not do this home justice! We had some bad weather while there and we actually looked forward to having to "stay inside." We have two teens and they enjoyed their own private rooms and private televisions. (we only have 6 channels at our home, so the TV's were an added bonus for them;) I loved the jacuzzi tub, and the view from our master suite was breathtaking. I tried to have breakfast on the lovely porch each morning. The location is fabulous as well. A pier on both sides but far enough away to be enjoyable, with a lovely inlet to the left of the property. The parking space alone was spectacular, you could enjoy the ocean front view while parked in your car:) We would love to return and have already started sharing this gem with our friends and family.

  We have been traveling to the Myrtle Beach area every year for almost 20 years, sometimes twice a year. This place was one of, if not, the cleanest places we've stayed in. We have stayed in a variety of homes, hotels, and condos, and this one ranks right up there with being one of the nicest! This was also our first time using the VRBO website and I have to say that the owners were very pleasant to deal with and very gracious to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I have also recommended these place to friends and co-workers. We will be going back! Thanks!

  A great vacation location! The condo is better than in pics, if u can imagine it getting better! Our week was super warm and it snowed at home in nys! I would def come back and maybe for longer!!! Easy location for quick trips for groceries or amusements! We are so fortunate to have spent time on the water!!!

  We stayed at this gorgeous condo in August 2011 for a week... Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! The owners make the rental process simple. They are also very easy and friendly to work with and available should you need anything or have questions. The condo itself has everything you could ask for and then some! So many extras you would never expect. The kitchen had enough cookware to feed an army, plenty of "gadgets", and nice appliances. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, each with its own bathroom. The master is oceanfront with a door to the balcony! The living room/ dining room/ kitchen area is open and spacious. You never feel as though you're sitting on top of each other. The in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. The location is great also... It's a short drive away from plenty of restaurants and attractions, yet in a quiet area of Cherry Grove. You get your own designated parking spaces, so there's no hunting for a spot when you come "home" with a food coma after dinner! Also, the condo building is located near the "pointe" (an inlet) which was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

  I have stayed in the condo before the new owners actually took over and it was very nice...it is beautiful and the beach is awesome. The beach is so wide and if you go just a small distance there is a part of the beach that is called The Point that is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have seen. I have stayed in this condo since the new owners purchased it and it is even more beautiful and you feel like you have come home. It is decorated so pretty but it is also so comfortable and has all you need...the comforts of home. I can honestly say that it is perfect for families or a romantic getaway. You just cannot lose by staying here so come enjoy the peace and freedom that everyone seeks.

  I don't even know where to start...we had the best experience Ali was awesome she was helpful in every way. The place was absolutely what we were looking for it was perfect just like the pictures and the view was breathtaking. The weather was hot and the ocean simply gorgeous and just steps away. Can't wait to go back...the unit has everything that you can imagine and my favorite part was having a washer and dryer right their for our convenience. All I can say is go and stay here and you will not be disappointed.

  My husband and I just came back from a week at this wonderful place! We have rented here prior and were so happy to be able to return for the third year. It is clean, easily accessible, cheerful and what a view! A lot of places advertise one thing and you get another, this is real. We very much appreciate the woman who rented this to us. Could not ask for a better, helpful person! Thanks for making this and our prior years a terrific vacation. Denise
