This oceanfront condo is ideal for families and couples looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. This three bedroom, three bath condominium located on the eighth floor has spectacular views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Enjoy the sunrise on the 200 square foot balcony. For your convenience, high speed DSL internet service is available in condo.
Upgraded tile included in the entry, kitchen, dining area and living room. New carpeting throughout remainder of condo in Fall 2008. The living room and dining room have a panoramic view with seven oceanfront windows and glass doors. The living room is adorned with a Queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat. This was also replaced in 2008. There is a washing machine and dryer available right in the unit for added convenience.
There is a lazy river, oceanfront pool, and small indoor pool and lots of beach in front of the condominium. The building has a three-story parking garage and the units are located on top of the parking garage for added convenience to the guests. There are two reserved parking spaces for the unit that are located just a few steps away from the elavator.
There is a storage closet outside of the frontdoor so you won't have to track in unwanted sand. Inside there are kid's sand toys, chairs and two umbrellas for your use during your stay.

We stayed at this gorgeous condo in August 2011 for a week... Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! The owners make the rental process simple. They are also very easy and friendly to work with and available should you need anything or have questions. The condo itself has everything you could ask for and then some! So many extras you would never expect. The kitchen had enough cookware to feed an army, plenty of "gadgets", and nice appliances. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, each with its own bathroom. The master is oceanfront with a door to the balcony! The living room/ dining room/ kitchen area is open and spacious. You never feel as though you're sitting on top of each other. The in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. The location is great also... It's a short drive away from plenty of restaurants and attractions, yet in a quiet area of Cherry Grove. You get your own designated parking spaces, so there's no hunting for a spot when you come "home" with a food coma after dinner! Also, the condo building is located near the "pointe" (an inlet) which was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

I have stayed in the condo before the new owners actually took over and it was very nice...it is beautiful and the beach is awesome. The beach is so wide and if you go just a small distance there is a part of the beach that is called The Point that is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have seen. I have stayed in this condo since the new owners purchased it and it is even more beautiful and you feel like you have come home. It is decorated so pretty but it is also so comfortable and has all you need...the comforts of home. I can honestly say that it is perfect for families or a romantic getaway. You just cannot lose by staying here so come enjoy the peace and freedom that everyone seeks.

I don't even know where to start...we had the best experience Ali was awesome she was helpful in every way. The place was absolutely what we were looking for it was perfect just like the pictures and the view was breathtaking. The weather was hot and the ocean simply gorgeous and just steps away. Can't wait to go back...the unit has everything that you can imagine and my favorite part was having a washer and dryer right their for our convenience. All I can say is go and stay here and you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I just came back from a week at this wonderful place! We have rented here prior and were so happy to be able to return for the third year. It is clean, easily accessible, cheerful and what a view! A lot of places advertise one thing and you get another, this is real. We very much appreciate the woman who rented this to us. My husband and I are on the last day of a wonderful month long, January, visit at this beautiful condo. I will miss lazing in bed in the morning listening to and watching the waves roll in. Six pelicans just flew by the living room window as I write this...the view is spectactular. We enjoyed daily long walks on the almost deserted beach. Hope to be back next year.....it couldnt have been nicer and the condo is beautiful. Thank you!
