CANYON LAKE RANCH
Hill Country romance, views, tranquility and quiet at two private vacation homes on our *inspected ranch estate near Canyon Lake.

STARVIEW LODGE - Private pool, hot tub and sauna. Sleeps six, has two queen bedrooms and one and a half baths, a great room (with sleeper sofa in front of the fireplace, kitchen and dining areas. A shaded deck overlooks the swimming pool, hot tub and flowers.
LONGHORN LODGE - Welcomes Pets. Totally secluded, private hot tub, porches, chiminea and fenced yard. Sleeps up to eight, has two master queen bedrooms located at opposite ends of the house, each with a full bath, plus a third bedroom with two single beds. Full kitchen, eating area, living room (with sleeper sofa) and covered parking, Fenced yard with bank of Texas Oaks and sunset views.
Each vacation home is located privately from one another, yet they are convenient for groups requiring both homes.
Hand feed our pet Longhorns, hike, stargaze, read or just enjoy the beautiful hill country views.
Near the Canyon Lake Marina, tubing the Guadalupe, restaurants, antiquing and outlet malls. 20 minutes from Schlitterbaum. Two night minimum stays. Weddings & honeymoons. Gift Certificates and romance packages available.

- Air Conditioning: Central air and heat in both homes.
- Linens Provided: In addition to all expected linen, we include robes and oversized towels for use in the hot tubs and swimming pool (pool for Starview Lodge only).
- Covered Parking: Longhorn Lodge - attached to the house.
- Off Street Parking: Starview Lodge and Longhorn Lodge both have plenty of guest parking located conveniently near the homes on the ranch.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Boats and Trailers are welcome as there is plenty of parking area available.
- Wood Fireplace (2) : Starview Lodge has a large rock fireplace in the great room. Longhorn Lodge has a chiminea, out door fire pot in the yard and a small "wood" stove that provides the ambience of a real fire (and heat, if desired).

- Video Library: DVDs are located at both Starview and Longhorn Lodges. The lirary is located at the main house where we live. Guests are welcome to use our video library at no charge.

- Private Pool: Starview Lodge has a private swimming pool for it's exclusive use only.

- Full Kitchen (2) : Starview Lodge - Kitchen contains a double sink, ceramic stovetop, full size refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. oven. Longhorn Lodge has a kitchen with a double bowl sink, stove (stovetop and oven), full size refrigerator/freezer and a microwave oven.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: we have tried to include everything we would like to have for meal preparation. Pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, a toaster, coffee pot, blender and microwave are included.
- Refrigerator (2) : Both homes have a full size refrigerator/freezer for guest use.
- Microwave: Microwave ovens are included in the kitchens of both vacation homes.
- Outdoor Features
- Charcoal BBQ Grill (2) : Canyon Lake Ranch vacation homes each have a private barbeque grill and tools for guest use.
- Deck/Patio (2) : Starview Lodge - the swimming pool deck is large and has shaded areas. Longhorn Lodge - a small stone patio is near the hot tub and chiminea in the backyard.
- Balcony (2) : Longhorn Lodge has two porches - one for sunrise, the other for sunset.
- View/Location
- Mountain View: Not exactly mountains, but the best option here in the hill country. Canyon Lake Ranch is in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and has lovely views of the surrounding tree filled landscape.
- Communications
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): WiFi access is available at Starview and sometimes at Longhorn Lodge.
- Other Amenities
- A fresh fruit basket, delicious cookies, complementary wine, bedside chocolates, guest robes and Bath and Body Works bath products are included with all stays. Pets welcome at Longhorn Lodge Only. Children Welcome at both homes as each is privately located. STARVIEW LODGE - Private pool, hot tub, fireplace & half basketball ct, near the garden area. LONGHORN - Private hot tub, secluded location, porches, chiminea, fenced yard (pet welcome), laundry (for extended stays only). Both homes include satellite TV, equipped kitchens, central air conditioning and heating, towels and bed linen, hair dryers and a charcoal grill.
- Suitability
- Pet Friendly: Longhorn Lodge welcomes pets with advance reservation and a per day pet fee. Acceptance of comfirmation means guests accepts all responsibility for pets.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): One floor living. Starview has only one small step between the parking area and the sliding door entrance. It is very handicap friendly. Longhorn Lodge has steps up to the porch (5). However we do provide a small ramp when necessary. Once in the house, everything is on one level. Neither house is certified for handicapped use.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): Starview Lodge - only one shallow step above the parking area. Shower in master bathroom. Longhorn Lodge - ramp available for wheelchair access.
- Kid Friendly: Each Canyon Lake Ranch vacation home is separately located from the other so children are welcome here.
- Smoking Allowed: Smoking is allowed on the porch and pool deck only.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Canyon Lake Ranch vacation homes are smoke free indoors. Smoking is only allowed on the pool deck and porches.

Extended rentals available at Longhorn Lodge during winter months.

All deposits are refunded prior to cancellation date minus cancellation fee.
A fully refundable security deposit may be required depending upon numbers & pets.
50% deposit for weddings, two house reservations and holidays.
