Welcome home to a spacious condominium, in a superb central location, with its own private hot tub. Light-filled and airy, with all the amenities you would expect in your own home, this condominium is a fun, relaxing, and inviting retreat.
The location is excellent - a mere mile from one of the nicest beaches in South Lake Tahoe. You can easily drive or just walk across the unspoiled meadow to the beach if you like. Less than a mile to the casinos at Stateline, including Caesar's, Harrah’s, and Harvey’s, this condominium is convenient to exciting year-round entertainment and gaming. The gondola at Heavenly Valley is less than two miles away, ready for you to experience world-class skiing.
Inside Burke Creek you will feel like you’re at home. The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing with skylights in every room, soaring ceilings, and walls of windows. The sunlight pours in, or you can sit in the living room and watch snowflakes falling amidst the trees, through windows that stretch floor to ceiling. It is like being at your own private IMAX!
Outside the property, you would almost think you were looking a modern cabin in the middle of an upscale condo development. There is a large front lawn area with green grass in the summer, and smooth blankets of snow in the winter.
Huge granite boulders stud the lawn, making it a fun place for kids to climb on. Another kid favorite: smelling the tall, stately Ponderosa Pines - they smell just like butterscotch! Kids will also love the bunkbeds, games, and video games. Families love the unspoiled hiking trails that surround the property, the gorgeous and un-crowded sandy Nevada State Beach a mile away, and the beautiful pool/clubhouse area, with a playground, ping-pong and a pool table.
Grown-ups will love the romantic, private hot tub just a few steps down from their master bedroom, on its own little deck with views of stars and trees; and the well-appointed surroundings.
The living room has a wall of windows; comfortable, attractive furniture, an entertainment center with cable TV, stereo, VCR and DVD players; and a beautiful wood and stone gas fireplace. The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed, and an exit to the deck with the private hot tub.
The dining and kitchen area is well thought out, equipped with all the appliances and tools you could want to cook and serve dinner for six to eight. The dining nook looks out through lofty windows to the front yard with its towering Ponderosa pines. A skylight over the kitchen lets the sun stream in.
The two bedrooms are generously proportioned, with plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has bunkbeds. Each bedroom has its own safe deck. This exceptional unit sleeps six to eight.
The large, two-room bathroom has attractive tile and quality fixtures, heat lamps, and a glassed-in bathtub/shower combination.
