Walk or bike to the beach on the designated bike trails throughout; take a dip in the pool or play tennis. The pool and two tennis courts are just steps away from this villa's front door. Sleeps Nine - "a home-away-from-home." Perfect for families or couples due to all the bedrooms being on the upper level and each with its own private bathroom. "Put the kids to bed upstairs and enjoy some quiet time on the private deck overlooking the lagoon - the low country at its best!" Vastly renovated - everything is new and beautifully decorated!!

Large villa, fully furnished, ceramic tile and bamboo flooring throughout main level, beautiful half bath; leather furniture and woodburning fireplace in den, private deck with table and five chairs overlooking golf course/lagoon; new kitchen with stainless appliances; bar sink; breakfast nook seats four; dining room seats six; full-size washer and dryer; as well as a private patio with charcoal grill.   • We enjoyed our stay very much in this villa. The villa is very spacious and nicely appointed. The fireplace is a big plus especially during the holidays. We were close to golf, shopping, and biked along the paths and beach.

  • This is a very well equipped townhouse, airy and clean. Its best feature, however, is its location, being very convenient to the major shops, services and restaurants of Coligny Plaza, as well as geing less than five minutes from the Shipyard Plantation's beach and tennis courts via safe bike paths. And, being at the end of a road it is wonderfully quiet and private, and shares a pool and underused two tennis courts with just a few other units.
