I can gladly say that me and my girlfriends were positively surprised with a house. The house is very spacios, homy and comfortable. We just felt like at home. We could find everything what we needed and that was very convinient. Rooms are spacios and each room has their own batroom.Golf Master ( where the house is located) is very close to the entrance of the Shipyard and it is very convinient to get to the grocerie store, cvs, gas pums, restorants, shopping, it was right in the middle of everything. Pictures on the web site are preatty accurate and they show the house like it is. House was very clean and everything was functioning in it. The pool was just accross the property and that was great for us if we did not want to go to the beach. It is very nice pool, a lots of greenery around, very picefull and quiet. I would gladly recommend to my friends and family to rent this property, and hope to go there many more times, because we just had very positive experience.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay very much in this villa. The villa is very spacious and nicely appointed. The fireplace is a big plus especially during the holidays. We were close to golf, shopping, and biked along the paths and beach.

Great place to stay! We were very pleased with the unit, it is large, spotless, private, yet very convient to restaurants, shopping, and the golf was fantastic and right out the back door. Thanks for such wonderful accomodations, we will be back for sure!

This is a very well equipped townhouse, airy and clean. Its best feature, however, is its location, being very convenient to the major shops, services and restaurants of Coligny Plaza, as well as geing less than five minutes from the Shipyard Plantation's beach and tennis courts via safe bike paths. And, being at the end of a road it is wonderfully quiet and private, and shares a pool and underused two tennis courts with just a few other units.
