Just steps from the beach. Third floor great room includes, large kitchen with granite island, wine rack, Bosch dishwasher, subzero refrigerator, 6 range cooktop, 2 ovens and all the kitchen essentials. Large dining room for 10, Living area faces the ocean with a turret style covered deck on one side and sunshine on the other.
Outside decks face to the east to enjoy the sunrise and south side decks to see the skyline of Atlantic City at night. Great spot for 4th of July fireworks.
Beaches are not crowded at this end of the island, nice wide beach to watch the kiteboarders,lifeguards on duty, walking distance to the ice cream parlor, sub (hoagie) shop, seafood restaurant and market, Italian restaurant, Blockbuster Video and Island Cafe, Island diner, surf shop, etc.

We had a family trip with older folk with mobility issues and the elevator was wonderful. (There's a few steps to enter the house.) The views of the ocean were spectacular from the porch. We had a lot of family visit and there was plenty of room to host. Very nice house and we were pleasantly surprised by the nice wide beach, not too crowded and nice sand.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+.
