Eleventh and twelfth floor Penthouse gives you breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-story, brick floor penthouse offers four bedrooms. Located on the second floor is the master suite with a gulf view balcony, second bedroom with two full beds, third bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds. These last two bedrooms has Sony PlayStations. Fourth bedroom located on the lower floor has a king-size bed. All bedrooms have cable TV and VCR/DVD combos. One living room with pull out sofa sleeper that can sleep two people.
A modern kitchen with island and stainless steel professional appliances, pantry, wine rack, breakfast bar, and dining room that seats eight. All the dining supplies are included to prepare your gourmet meals. A large wet bar to accommodate all your entertaining needs with a separate wine refrigerator and ice maker. Full-size washer and dryer provided with plenty linens. A safe is located in the top master bedroom. Heated indoor and outdoor pool with two jacuzzis and baby pool. All this luxury is approximately one mile from Silver Sands outlet Mall West on Old 98 Scenic Highway.
From the penthouse, you cannot beat the view of the gulf coupled with the low volume traffic from being on the private eleventh and twelfth floor. You can sleep in the master bedroom and hear the gulf while you sleep from your private balcony on the twelfth floor. Total Square Feet - 3,336.

We would highly recommend this condo. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and the property is well maintained. The view from the balcony is magnificent and perfect for viewing the sunset in the evening.
Recommended for:Girls getaway.

Our family of 10, including 2 grandparents, 4 kids, and parents, enjoyed our stay here but not without some hiccups. When we arrived, the property smelled strongly as the last group of vacationers had cooked with curry the night before. Two bathrooms did not have locks on the doors. Several lightbulbs were out (some specialty that were not easy to replace), and simple maintenance did not appear to have been completed in some time. However, the property management company was quick to respond to our concerns and addressed most problems within 24 hours. That being said, I would strongly recommend that the property is thoroughly inspected between visits. It truly is a lovely condo that can easily accomodate groups--it is just in need of some TLC.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
