The apartment is on the 10th floor. The building has security guards posted. Located in the heart of Condado. Pool with shower and seating in building. 15 minutes from the airport by taxi.

  • We had a great time in San Juan, thanks to the convenient location of this amazing apartment! Awesome terrace to enjoy the view and ocean air while sipping drinks or eating and talking. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay there again and again!

  • 1-30-08 - LATE ARRIVAL - NO PROBLEM - TOOK TAXI FROM AIRPORT - 15 MINUTES.. DOOR SECURITY HELPFUL & ALWAYS PLEASANT! CONDO CLEAN - PATIO NEEDS REPAIR - OUTDOOR CHAIRS NEED REPLACING - BOTH RIPPED -VIEW FABULOUS (BETWEEN BUILDINGS OCEAN 2 BLOCKS, SHOPPING GREAT. BUS GETS YOU ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO GO. MALL 300 STORES.. HUGE! OLD TOWN - OPPOSITE DIRECTION - MARRIOTT ACROSS THE STREET.. MANY WONDERFUL RERTAURANTS - WALKING EASY - FELT SAFE - WE WERE GIVEN PHONE NUMBER & CONTACT NAME IN CASE WE NEEDED IT WHICH WE DID AND RECEIVED IMMEDIATE REPONSE. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

  • Looks like the construction across the street is done. Still a good view of the ocean. Condo was as advertised. Very nice place to stay! Condado is a safe neighborhood at just about any time of day but it's nice seeing a guard/doorman at the front door to the building. The Marriott tour desk across the street is very convenient. We had a great vacation and thanks again Ed!

  • We enjoyed our vacation at your place in San Juan. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The building was in a good location with a good view. I made good use of the pool. Although I did not use the fitness centre, it seemed to be well equipped. The apartment was clean and tidy. Apparently the laundry room was supposed to be getting some new wash machines shortly as there were several that were inoperable at the time of our stay. The weather was just great. I found that during the day we were able to turn the air conditioner off and open the door. Since there was no screen door my husband was not comfortable with leaving the door open so we did make use of the air conditioning at night. We also made use of the public transportation. We found that the buses don't have a set schedule but then this is I believe more the rule than an exception in the islands. My husband found the vacation to be relaxing and he would like to return.

  • The condo was clean, comfortable, cute, and in a great location. Very nice view of the surrounding neighborhood, and the ocean. Great sliding glass doors/windows that open onto a wonderful balcony. The building was nice too, with a gym, pool, and laundry. I would definitely recommend staying here.
