In the heart of Condado you are close to restaurants, casinos, and high-end shopping. and a Queen-size bed. Terrace overlooking the ocean with seating and table. Fully functional kitchen. The apartment is on the 10th floor. The building has security guards posted. Located in the heart of Condado. Pool with shower and seating in building. 15 minutes from the airport by taxi.

  • Ed's condo #1004 at the Ashford Imperial is GREAT. Clean, comfortable, and safe. The pool is beautiful, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. I can't wait to go back to San Juan and I hope Ed's condo will be available for me to rent again.

  • A perfect vacation getaway! This condo unit offered stunning views of the oceanfront with extremely easy access to entertainment and dining. There is a cozy well kept private pool,spa,and fitness center. These are only a few of the several extras this unit had to offer. The unit is emaculate and equipped with all of the comforts of my own home. I can't wait to reserve my vacation stay in this same unit next year!

  • Just stayed for a 2 week holiday and found the accomodations at the Ashford Imperial quite comfortable.Plenty of towels, bed was comfy, good security, spent lots of time by the recently renovated pool which was a good size, and friendly tenants and renters. Plenty of places to eat (tended to stick with the popular American chains as the local ones we tried were not so good along with their prices) and clothing shops around. We managed to get a good deal on secure parking at the Marriot right across the street, $60 for 2 weeks otherwise it's $16/day. Con-loud music set up outside from some of the restaurants playing late at night Fri-Sun and coming out of the passing cars. A grocery store with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, within walking distance.

  • We had a great time in San Juan, thanks to the convenient location of this amazing apartment! Awesome terrace to enjoy the view and ocean air while sipping drinks or eating and talking. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay there again and again!

  • 1-30-08 - LATE ARRIVAL - NO PROBLEM - TOOK TAXI FROM AIRPORT - 15 MINUTES.. DOOR SECURITY HELPFUL & ALWAYS PLEASANT! CONDO CLEAN - PATIO NEEDS REPAIR - OUTDOOR CHAIRS NEED REPLACING - BOTH RIPPED -VIEW FABULOUS (BETWEEN BUILDINGS OCEAN 2 BLOCKS, SHOPPING GREAT. BUS GETS YOU ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO GO. MALL 300 STORES.. HUGE! OLD TOWN - OPPOSITE DIRECTION - MARRIOTT ACROSS THE STREET.. MANY WONDERFUL RERTAURANTS - WALKING EASY - FELT SAFE - WE WERE GIVEN PHONE NUMBER & CONTACT NAME IN CASE WE NEEDED IT WHICH WE DID AND RECEIVED IMMEDIATE REPONSE. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!
