Why the Owner Chose Canmore:
This property is special due to its central location in the valley which affords panoramic views from almost every location in the condo. The alpen glow at dawn and dusk is an attraction in itself. This condo is rustic, cozy and comfortable, but essentially it is all about the amazing mountain views, which can be enjoyed from inside the condo through the two storey wall of windows.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Location, Location, Location! This condo truly is in the middle of the downtown with walking access to main street. It was one of the original condo developments in Canmore and due to this has the best location. Most other condo units are situated along the Trans Canada highway. The best part of my time here is getting out and enjoying the outdoors. After a good day of hiking or skiing, soaking in the roof top hot tub with its 360 panoramic views can’t be beat.
