Casa Ladera is a beautiful rental villa in Vieques, Puerto Rico. It is located on the north coast of Vieques, just minutes by car from the airport, ferry and main town, and less than a minute's walk from a secluded and lovely beach. Enjoy sweeping views of Culebra, the Vieques lighthouse and mainland Puerto Rico as you relax and unwind.
There are three two-bedroom units at Casa Ladera, and each sleeps four adults very comfortably. Each two-bedroom unit can be rented by a separate group, or jointly by larger parties of up to 12 people.
These spacious and idyllic accommodations are surrounded by colorful mango and papaya trees, fragrant flowers, and tall coconut palms. Swim in our huge 20x40-foot pool with magnificent ocean views, or relax in the pool bar with a drink or a snack.
The downstairs two-bedroom apartment features two large bedrooms with king and queen beds, full bathroom, spacious and sunny living room, full eat-in kitchen, and a huge private poolside terrace. It very comfortably sleeps four people.
The upstairs two-bedroom apartment features two large bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a sunny living room with high ceilings, eat-in kitchen, and a 30-foot long deck with stunning ocean views. It very comfortably sleeps four people.
The two-bedroom casita is separate from the main house, but still just steps from the pool. It features two queen-size bedrooms, a full modern kitchen and dining room, sunny living room with french doors opening to a private patio, and full bathroom. It has a large private roof deck with beautiful ocean views. It very comfortably sleeps four people.

It's a tiny island that feels about a million miles from San Juan, and really needs to be experienced to be believed. The perfect palm-fringed white sand beaches, the wild horses roaming around every corner, and the lovely, laid-back island atmosphere, plus some excellent restaurants and fun little beach bars... what's not to love?!

Casa Ladera boasts a huge beautiful pool, and is just 100 feet (one minute walk) to a secluded beach where you can swim, snorkel, and collect sea glass. The property is bursting with fruit trees, including mangos, bananas, limes, papaya and canepas. Or if you prefer to buy your own fruit, we're just a one-minute drive to the island's largest supermarket! We offer free wireless high-speed internet, A/C in every room, satellite TV with all premium channels, full kitchens including dishwasher and microwave, and more. For beach time, we provide beach chairs, towels and coolers. Pretty much everything you could need for a perfect vacation!
