We have a great condominium located just minutes away from Winter Park and Sol Vista resorts. Condominium provides cozy feeling surrounded by many trees and mountain views. We boast plenty of sunshine with fantastic views of Winter Park and Byers Peak from the patio.
We provide a cozy living area with a wood fireplace, 27" cable television, Sirius Satellite Radio, VCR and a DVD player. Enjoy other amenities like a full-size furnished kitchen, three full bathrooms, bus stop outside front door, and deluxe clubhouse down walking path with year-round swimming and hot tub. This place is spacious with over 1100 square feet!
The MeadowRidge Resort Community is a quiet high alpine meadow. Enjoy all conveniences within a few minutes drive including a Safeway grocery store, restaurants, fast food, liquor stores, Alco general store, boutique shops, and coffee shops. We're just 4.5 miles away from Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resort! Drive just 90 minutes from Denver International Airport. Shuttle and train service are also available to/from Denver including the Ski Train.
No Smoking, Please. Towels are provided at the Clubhouse for pools. Thank you for leaving the bath towels in the condo.
The resort is open for Spring and Summer! Take the lift up the mountain for bike riding, hiking, or lunch at the Sunspot. Come visit Grand County and see all there is to explore...an outdoor mountain arena that will appeal to all ages and interests.
An additional $80 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
A refundable security deposit of $200 will also be collected with rental fees.
