We stayed at this property Presidents Day Weekend. This was a special time as we gathered family and friends together. Our daughter brought a friend from out of state college, my nephew and friend flew in from out of state and our youngest son brought a few friends. We ski'd and snowboarded Winter Park on Saturday and we tubed Fraser Hill on Sunday. In the evenings we enjoyed the hot tub and family style games. The owner has made this condo feel as if you were at home. It is full of amenities and all the extras you can think of. The kitchen is fully stocked, the 3 bathrooms are awesome to have and the overall space is very warm and inviting. The photos accurately reflect the appearance and amenities. The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions prior to our arrival. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

we have stayed at this condo for about 6 years in a row! We keep coming back because it is so comfortable and easy. The health club that is a part of the stay is a big plus. We can ski Winter Park all day and then swim and hot tub to relax. The condo has all we need to prepare any kind of evening meal. For our two families staying here is a bargain and a lot of fun. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Family Get-A-Way!

Our family has stayed at this property multiple times for our ski vacations and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The condo is well stocked and feels more like "going home" as compared to some "rental units" we've stayed at in the past. There's a lot of room for us and our three kids and even the occasional extended family that shows up from time to time. The kids and I love the WIFI and all the movies make for relaxing evenings after going over to the hot-tub. There's a gas grill on the deck for my famous steaks and the end unit really allows a lot of light into the condo as compared to many others. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in the Fraser Valley.

This is the fifth year in a row that we have rented this three bedroom condo in Fraser, CO. Every year has been great. The owners know how to make us feel at home. They provide many amenities to make our stay more comfortable. We love the health club that is just across the parking lot. After a day of skiing we go there to swim and hot tub outside even if it is snowing. The boys play basketball and there is a steam room. We feel really lucky to have found such a great place that has only positives.

Great Family Vacation Home

We stayed here from December 26, 2009-January 2, 2010. We stayed with our children and my sister in-law's family. There was plenty of room and the condo had everything that we needed. It was clean and very well furnished. The kids enjoyed the video games and there is a little hill in front of the condo for sledding. Everyone enjoyed sitting in the hot tub or pool with the snow falling all around us. It is a short 5 minute drive to the very large grocery store. We really liked the town of Fraser and you are still only about 10 minutes or so from Winter Park Resort. So, you can take the free shuttle to the resort but it's not a long drive if you would prefer that. All of my contact with Mrs. Magoon prior to our stay was pleasant and I could tell that she wants her visitors to enjoy their stay. They have included a binder with information about the area. We are all in our late 20s to early 30s and we enjoyed it. I think this condo would be great for all ages. I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this condo for three years running and look forward to a fourth year. the owners have a cozy home that makes us feel welcome. we love the health club that comes with the rental also. We highly recommend it!

The girls hiked up Winter Park Mountain, the boys biked nearby, and Devils Thumb Ranch was the perfect setting for our friend's wedding. The condo was great and everything we needed. We found everything just as you described it. We did find the carpet wet directly in front of the dishwasher when we arrived. We couldn't find any leak in the dishwasher, and couldn't figure out why it was leaking. We did have a wonderful time and the view was awesome. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Owner update: The dishwasher was leaking from underneath and has since been repaired. Carpet was torn out and tile was installed.
