The Best Location AND Accommodations are in this three-floor, completely renovated and fully furnished condominium with canyon views the town of Telluride. Nestled inside a box canyon and surrounded by 12,000 to 14,000 foot peaks, you will feel like a local! We are only steps to Lift 7 and all the town has to offer..no car necessary!(although we do have parking!)

Inside,you will be VERY comfortable with gas woodburning stove, leather furniture, granite countertops throughout,riverstone bathrooms, a steamshower, and gorgeous bed linens and towels.

The second floor holds the master bedroom, an additional bedroom and 2 full baths. The third floor features another bedroom with twin beds and a loft area with a DVD/TV, Bed and trundle. A six foot Octagonal window offers you outstanding views of the entire canyon too! Great for star gazing.

The first floor living space is great for the entire family (and friends!) to gather with complete modern kitchen, dining area, and living room with DVD,TV and stereo and fireplace. All rooms have own thermostats for everyone's comfort. No Smoking and No Dogs.

  • Our 2 families recently enjoyed our spring break ski trip at your condo in Telluride. The location was great. We were a five minute walk to the Coonskin chairlift, where we stored our ski equipment/boots, walked home each day for lunch, and then back to the lift for more skiing. The accommodations were just as pictured, and very nicely kept up, and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil we could need, and the grocery store was a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed walking all around town, we never used our vehicle once while we were on our vacation. The beds were comfortable as well. What more can we say, we would gladly stay at your condo during our next visit to Telluride! Thanks.

  • We just kept talking about how beautiful your place is. We absolutely LOVED the steam shower!! And one night, we were watching a dog show on the upstairs TV and we saw the moon peek up, followed by the most gorgeous moon rise we have ever seen! Your Pottery Barn furniture is gorgeous and super-comfy. Gorgeous floors, great TVs, loved the bowl on your kitchen table - not to mention the table itself! You are a fabulous decorator!! The proximity to Lift 7 was great! We actually stored our skiis and boots at Telluride Sports so we wouldn't have to haul them back and forth every night and that worked great. We also enjoyed Pacific Street Pizza and Las Montanas!! Las Montanas had great margaritas and wonderful salsa, in addition to great entrees and not overly expensive. We didn't make it to West End Tavern but we hope to next time!! :) The skiing was wonderful! We skiied all over the mountain, including Prospect Bowl, for 5 out of 6 days and STILL didn't get to all of the slopes we meant to - there were just so MANY great slopes! We also loved that we could ride DOWN on Lift 7 if we were really tired at the end of a long skiing day. That was a gorgeous treat all on its own! The views from See Forever also left us speechless! :) We felt absolutely pampered in your beautiful skiside villa, Katherine, and hope to come again. Thanks so much for your hospitality in sharing your gorgeous home with us. p.s. If you haven't gone in the Real Estate office at the bottom of Lift 7 and met Levi - the biggest Great Dane we have ever seen in our entire lives - be SURE to do so. He is SOOO beautiful and sweet!! p.p.s. Your nextdoor neighbors were also very friendly! :) In fact - we are from the South and were still amazed by how warm and friendly ALL of the Colorodoans (? :) were!! Great place to be!!
