This new, immaculate villa is just five minutes from Disney, just half mile from the US-192 and close to all the main attractions.
The location, Oak Island Cove, is one of the closest communities to the Disney. Our beautiful villa is available to rent and set in a quiet location.
There is a private heated pool, furnished patio, Game Room, and all of the comforts of home. Our villa features two master suites with Queen size beds, Cable TV, walk-in closets, and full bath.
Two additional bedrooms features two twin beds each with Cable TV. One of which is Disney themed - we call it Tigger's Den! Kids love it!!!
The pool area offers ample furniture for relaxing and having a barbecue after a busy day at the parks. Pool heat is available on request.
The Family room features a sleeper sofa, Cable TV, VCR, CD player and a lovely view of the private pool and patio. The fully equipped Kitchen offers table seating for six plus the addition of a three bar stool breakfast bar. The Kitchen provides upgraded major appliances that will accommodate any chef.
The laundry room provides a full size Washer and Dryer as well as ironing board. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
The Game Room includes Table Tennis, mini basketball, Foosball, and darts.
This smoke-free villa is convenient to all shopping and restaurants. There are also many quality golf courses within a short drive. Just 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

We stayed in the Tigger's Den villa for 10 days during Feb. 2006. We loved this house. This nicely decorated villa had lots of space, a beautiful pool, a nice game room and all the comforts of home. The location was great since it is very close to lots of stores and restaurants and only minutes from Disney. I would recommend this villa to anyone and we plan to stay there again next time we visit Disney.

Comments: This house was much better than the pictures. It was extremely clean, it was almost like new. It had many perks that we didn't know about, like a crib, playroom and many kitchen extras. We felt very safe because it was a very nice neighborhood. Restaurants, pharmacys, parks and shopping were no more than 4 miles away. Dennis was extremely nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting this house. I will do so again when I return to Florida. No more hotel rooms for us. The Becker's Latham, NY

I am completely in love with this house! When I arrived I didn't believe how wonderful is the house! Is much better than the pictures at the websites. I really enjoyed my vacation and I pretend to stay in Tiger's Den every time I travel to Orlando! Thank you very much Dennis! =)

My family stayed at Tigger's Den from Dec. 27, 2008 to Jan. 3, 2009. The house was exactly as described on the website. It was very nice, neat, clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the highway, and different restaurants and amenities. Everyone had a lovely time. I will always inquire with Dennis and Arlene whenever we're planning a trip to the area again and I do highly recommend them. Shupan Abraham

Our stay at Tigger's Den was wonderful. The house had everything we could need, and then some! Kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room. It was so relaxing to come back to a spacious home after a long day at one of the Disney parks. Quiet neighborhood, and very convenient to stores, shops and Disney. Will stay at Tigger's Den again if we are ever in Orlando. Will recommend to friends and family. So much better than staying in a small hotel room!!

We stayed at the villa from June 24 to July 1. Everything was wonderful. The villa was so comfortable, the pool was great and the kids loved the game room. I could not have asked for a better location. Easy access to Disney, shopping and restaurants. The entire week was great. We'll be back and will definitely recommend to our friends.

We loved the location of this home and its easy access to Disney and all other attractions. If you don't like to cook there are plenty of restaurants to pick from. The beach is only an hour away so if you get bored with amusement parks you can always take a short trip to Daytona. The covered patio area is nice if you want to get out of the sun and a large pool deck if you want to get a tan. We have decorated one bedroom in a Tigger's theme for the kids to enjoy.
