New Addition - Addition to the upper house which is expected to be completed early May 2012. The addition will make the upper house have Nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, kitchen, dinette, living/dining room, large game room, and a hot-tub.
Two Contemporary homes on 10 Luscious Private Acres across the road from the Lake/River and your own private dock. Located in Corinth on Route 9N. Property includes a hot tub, private sun deck, basket ball hoop, volleyball, barbecue grill, swingset/clubhouse and plenty of park like grounds.
Lower home has seven bedrooms (2 of which have private bathrooms and 1 with a half private bathroom), a huge cathederal living room/dining room with a 32 foot deck, 6 by 8 foot fully enclosed private sun-tanning deck, a 6 person hot tub in a glass enclosed deck, five bathrooms, pool table room, modern kitchen, three decks, a ping pong table and air hockey table.
Upper home has nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, full kitchen, dinette, living/dining room, game room, and a hot-tub.
Winding driveway leads to 10 stunning private acres overlooking the water across Route 9N with water rights for boating, fishing and swimming. Houses can be rented together or separately.

Bedroom 1: Top floor - 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed with private 1/2 bathroom and private deck.
Bedroom 2: Main floor - 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed.
Bedroom 3: Main floor – 2 twin size beds.
Bedroom 4: Lower floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed with private bathroom and Jacuzzi with walk out patio doors and flat screen tv.
Bedroom 5: Lower floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed with private bathroom with walk out patio doors and flat screen tv.
Bedroom 6: Lower floor – 2 twin size beds.
Bedroom 7: Lower floor – 2 twin size beds.
Upper house:
Bedroom 8: Upper floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed.
Bedroom 9: Upper floor – 1 Queen size and 1 twin size bed.
Bedroom 10: Main floor – 1 Queen size platform bed 1 Queen size futon.

A delayed review, as our trip was in June '11, but everything about the house and its amenities was great. Corinth, NY is a little out of of the way, but for our group this house was ideal. Owners were great to deal with as well. A+
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I'll start with wow, we rented the big house because we were 6 adults and 8 kids from 5 to 15 and we had more then enough room for all , this place is just great for you if you have kids. Many games for kids and adults to keep everybody happy. Local attractions not far-rafting, fishing, miniature golf. Lake George and village only about 20 min. away. The owner and all other people involved were very courteous. We had a great time.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a 3 day weekend stay. Had a blast with 17 other family members. Large property with ample room for everyone and lots to keep everyone interested. The place is very clean and come as advertised. I would highly recommend it for large group gatherings.

This house is absolutely perfect for a large family gathering. We spent Christmas here with ages from 15 months to 85 years and it accommodated everyone. The owner and property manager were wonderful to deal with and on behalf of my entire family we thank you for opening your home to us!!!!!

While the driveway might be a challenge in icy weather, once you are there the amenities are great. The two houses are separated by a driveway so we still felt as one group but with enough space for early-to-bed people not to be kept up by the night owls. There is basketball space and volleyball outside while inside was ping pong, air hockey and a pool table. The hot tub is inside but away separated from the main area by a bathroom, so the house didn't smell like a hot tub. We were so busy that the TVs and DVD players were never used (outside of people checking weather). There were large folding tables so all 18 of us could sit together for meals. I think the only wish I heard was for internet service, as there isn't much cell phone coverage there. I hope no one reads this review, as we would like to rent it for many years to come.

"ocean view"....really the ocean is in Corinth?...I believe you mean the "river". Just strikes me as kind of odd. Guess you aren't looking for locals to rent this..but really..anyone who thinks the ocean is in upstate NY would probably pay that kind of money for a rental in Corinth.
Owner response:OceanView was entered in error (checked the wrong box), it was supposed to say lake view (already corrected). In addition, the listing clearly stated that it is a lake across the road.
