Incredible views and sunsets await you in this gorgeous home with stunning mountain views. Located in the popular, upscale Troon area minutes from local restaurants, and attractions like Pinnacle Peak, Reata Pass, the Four Seasons Resort and the unique and artsy towns of Carefree and Cave Creek. Great restaurants, shopping, and golf are all just a short drive away.

This large single-level home has three bedrooms, an office/den and two and a half baths. The master suite is furnished with beautiful furniture featuring a queen bed and the roomy master bath has a large walk-in shower and corner tub. Start your days with coffee outside your sliding bedroom doors on the patio, or take a refreshing morning soak in the private whirlpool spa. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third with two singles.

The light and airy living room with high ceilings is well furnished to accommodate the entire family and has a beautiful fireplace for those winter nights when you want to enjoy a fire. The gourmet kitchen and tiled dining area also face and lead out to the gorgeous views of the surrounding arroyo boulders.

The arroyo surrounding your desert villa represents all of the very rich plant diversity of the subtropical Sonoran Desert. The Sonoran Desert goes from the flatlands at the desert floor to the gentle mountain slopes (bajadas) and the arroyos (washes) with massive boulders the size of buildings and ends in the surrounding mountains. The plant diversity also benefits from the virtual absence of frost, so that succulent, tender plants can survive. You can explore dozens of cactus from the famous saguaro forests of the bajadas to a mixture of creosote bush and bursage in a flat, sandy or silty area which is joined within a few yards by a mix of gangly ocotillo, a wide variety of cholla cacti in the foothills to the paloverde as the land rises up a bajada.

Entertain or just relax in the large backyard area which is equipped with gas grill, spa, dining table, and lounge chairs.

If privacy, spaciousness and convenience are important to your vacation or extended business trip, you will not find a better home in the area! Numerous golf courses such as Troon North, Grayhawk, and Legend Trail are only a short drive. The children will love visiting Old Town Scottsdale or Rawhide 1880's Western Town, and the whole family will never tire of visiting Kierland Commons or The Borgata or Scottsdale Fashion Square for shopping.

For the more adventuresome, go rock climbing or hiking from out your front door or in any of the beautiful mountain ranges; enjoy river rafting or go boating and enjoy water sports in Lake Saguaro, or take the kids horseback riding or for hot air balloon rides.

If you are here for an extended stay, just get on 101 and head on out to Sedona, Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest, or any of dozens of beautiful state and private recreational areas.
