  We have stayed at the Ocean Walk many times and love how close it is to the boardwalk and local attractions. We love how we can park our car and never get into it again for the entire vacation. This unit was exactly as described and very comfortable. Carmen was super helpful and just a doll to work with. Will definitely rent from her again!!

  Well this was my 1st stay in a condo, and I was very skeptical what I would get. I called up Carmen and she was very nice and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. We stayed in 906 for 1 week. The place looks like the pictures. The sheets and linens were clean and smelled fresh. Great view from the balcony. The location of course is hands down the best on the beach. You literally go to the 4th floor and you are at the Ocean Shoppes. The heated outdoor pools were awesome. My kids loved the slide. I read some complaints about noise and elevators, not here. Actually talked to several people on the elevators about how fast they are. The parking was easy, and never had a problem finding a spot. We were there for Thanksgiving and went to the outlets in Orlando, just a short drive, took us little over an hour. The only negative, which Carmen could not control, is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing, not bad but not great. I did call Carmen to let her know the DVD in the living room wasn’t working and she offered to come and fix or replace right away. Great customer service. We definitely plan on contacting Carmen and Dennis for out next trip!!!! Thank you Carmen for a great vacation!!!!

  We loved the rental. We have two teenage boys and they wanted to be with other teenagers. This location is a great location. The rental was very nice and clean! The owners were great it was a last minute deal and they help us out! We would rent this unit again.

  This condo is well kept and up to date in every way. Location is everything, and being right next to elavators is extremely important for a family of five. The only time we got in our car after checking in was to go ride jet ski's, because everything else is right there. The beach is perfect, restaurants and bars and shops all right there. Not to mention the movie theater that was a back up for a rainy day, but no rain all week. My wife and daughter enjoyed the daily craft projects available. And dealing with carmen was also a plus as i arrived much earlier than planned, she did everything she could to get the room ready as soon as possible. The gym was very nice, and the arcade and billards room, and cpu room all kept us busy. The lobby and nightly events we're a plus. I normally try and find at least one thing negative to say but i just can't. We we're blown away by this vacation, and there is no doubt we will be back as soon as possible.

  This condo was the perfect fit for our family of four. Spacious, clean and has a beautiful view. The location is perfect for the event we attended at the convention center. Easy walk to event as well as dining and shops. We stayed at the Ocean Walk last year but did not use VRBO. I was glad to find this listing! The beach is just down the elevator and out the back door. I appreciated working directly with the owner who obviously takes good care of his rental properties. It was a pleasure to work with Dennis! It is my intent to book with him next year once my dates have been established!

  We used Dennis and Carmen at www.daytonaoceanfrontrentals.com for our first trip back to Daytona in about 8 years and hadn’t ever stayed at this property. We arrived late one evening and the staff was fantastic about getting us in. The room was great with pretty view of the pools and ocean. Very clean all around with a lot of staff working everywhere to keep it nice. The pools, lazy river and slides were clean and had music playing. We were mostly at the beach all day which was easy to access and so close in case you had to run back to the room. We will stay here everytime we visit Daytona and will call on Dennis and Carmen when we do.

• Awesome Vaca!!

  We have travelled all over Florida and this resort was by far the BEST we have stayed at. Although, very busy, as we came the week of 4th of July that was to be expected. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was close by and once I parked the car we did not have to drive anywhere and the resort had all the conveniences we needed. I will definitely be recommending this property to everyone I know. Our teenagers had a blast and said this is their favorite place to go. We will be back. Thanks Carmen & Dennis for letting us rent your beautiful condo!

  My husband and I stayed in condo #502 in May of 2006. It was a great experience. The unit was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. We hope to return to this condo on a semi-yearly basis and plan to bring the childern back in 2008. I would and have recommended this condo to family and friends.
