These one bedroom suites are all oceanfront with brand new living room furnishings and gorgeous views of the beach, pools, sunrise, and the Main Street Pier. There is no place else like Ocean Walk with four swimming pools (two inside!), lazy river, children's water park, and water slide all on the traffic free beach! Activities galore for all ages await your family for a feast of FUN!!
Each unit has a full kitchen with all the tools to take care of that hungry family. All the linens are provided and beach towels are available so NO PACKING. We have units with two double beds or a king-size bed in the bedroom and all have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. When the clothes get dirty - do not worry, you have a washer dryer in your unit!
Ocean Walk is only 1.25 hours from the Disney/Universal Parks area, one hour from Historic St. Augustine, and only 1.25 hours from Kennedy Space Center. It is across the street from the Daytona Lagoon Amusement Park, attached to the Ocean Walk Shoppes and Cinema for restaurants and treats.

We have updated the unit removing all the developer furnishings and continue to update on a regular basis. So you'll really enjoy our bedding and great linens. We also have tried to make the unit very warm and homey for the home away from home feel.

We have travelled all over Florida and this resort was by far the BEST we have stayed at. Although, very busy, as we came the week of 4th of July that was to be expected. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was close by and once I parked the car we did not have to drive anywhere and the resort had all the conveniences we needed. I will definitely be recommending this property to everyone I know. Our teenagers had a blast and said this is their favorite place to go. We will be back. Thanks Carmen & Dennis for letting us rent your beautiful condo!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I stayed in condo #502 in May of 2006. It was a great experience. The unit was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. We hope to return to this condo on a semi-yearly basis and plan to bring the childern back in 2008. I would and have recommended this condo to family and friends.
