NEWLY REMODELED!!!! The perfect get-away! Destin Boaters Delight is a rare find. From the moment you enter, your senses are overwhelmed by the natural beauty all around you. This waterfront townhome is located on Holiday Isle and is the ideal setting for relaxation. The privacy will force you to forget about all your worries and total relaxation is quickly found.
The master bedroom, located upstairs, is appointed with a queen bed and TV/DVD player. Walk into your own private bath and enjoy the long awaited shower after a day of fishing and boating.
Upstairs is the living area which opens onto the second floor deck with a view like living on a houseboat. The deck overlooks the canal and private boat slip (12 feet 7 inches wide) so you can keep an eye on the "one that got away!" The living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa for unexpected guests who drop in, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD player, and a five disc CD stereo player.
The dining area seats six with additional seating for three at the bar. The open-airy kitchen is appointed with ceramic tile countertops and all the cooking utensils/appliances a true chef would need for entertaining.
On the lower walk-out level, the spacious guest bedroom, which opens out onto the back deck and dock, hosts double beds and a TV/VCR/DVD player. The guest bath features double vanities as well as a tub/shower for that late night bubble bath. After a relaxing bubble bath, step out onto the back deck, and sip on your favorite glass of wine while relaxing in the hammock overlooking the canal.
The second guest bedroom, also located on the lower level, is complete with your own private bath, twin beds, and TV/VCR/DVD player. This is the perfect place for kids to connect up their playstation or watch their favorite movie before falling asleep after an exhausting day at the beach. Adjacent to the bedrooms and conveniently located is the washer and dryer room.

REFUND POLICY FOR DURANGO:
Most reservations require a 21-day cancellation notice prior to the scheduled day of arrival, for daily and weekly stays to receive an advance deposit refund less a $50 processing fee. All monthly stays require a 90-day notice. All reservations arriving between Memorial Day through Labor Day, including our Spring Break Period require a 30-day notice. Changes to reservations with the specified cancellation period that result in a reduction in the number of nights will result in the forfeiture of an amount equal to one (1) nights room rent and tax. Please note that cancellations and/or early departures due to inclement weather (other than hurricane evacuation) do not warrant a refund.
