This beautifully restored, Victorian home is located on North Spruce Street, so is extremely convenient to Main Street and only a few blocks from the town park.

The property features a huge bright country kitchen, a spacious inviting living room, a TV room downstairs with two of the bedrooms, one bath, and a big fenced-in backyard with a deck. The front porch, with its two wicker rockers, affords amazing views of the box canyon. The master has a queen and private bath. The downstairs has the other two bedrooms have a queen and two twins. There is a big couch in the TV room where a child could easily sleep.
