The cottage is beautifully decorated in classic cottage-style with original knotty pine walls and ceilings. The original fieldstone fireplace equipped with gas logs becons a nap on the sofa. Or you can soak in your private hot tub on the screened porch overlooking ancient Rhododendrons and Azaleas creating an oasis of beauty. Escape to your breezy sun-porch bedroom or to the classic cozy knotty pine king bedroom, both plushly appionted with high quality Egyptian Cotton sheets. Enjoy a bubble bath in your authentic claw-foot tub. There's also over 150 satellite TV channels.
Nestled on a mountainside less than a mile from Highway 25, our cottage lets you escape the day-to-day and provide you with a memorable mountain experience. Four miles to historic Flat Rock, 10 minutes to Hendersonville, 30 minutes to Asheville.
The "Ivy" cottage has a beautiful path through the azalea & ivy garden with several stairs leading to your perch on the mountainside.
Take the five minute walk to the top of the mountain for a panoramic view or walk down the road to the river to catch some trout. Exclusive Lake Summit is a three minute drive away for a day full of fun. Several amenity packages available to maximize your experience. Sleeps four to six. Cottage is Non-Smoking.
