The smoke-free house has four full baths, a formal living room, a separate dining room area, family room, full kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor shower. One room with a queen bed is on the first floor. There is ample parking.
A large wrap around deck includes a screened-in porch area, perfect for evening meals at sunset. Barbecue grill included.
The property has its own bulkhead and provides a great spot for crabbing or fishing. The Point Pleasant Boardwalk and restaurants are only minutes away, while NYC and Atlantic City are each one hour away. You will not find a nicer spot for a family gathering!
Forty-five minutes to Great Adventure, ten minutes to Point Pleasant Boardwalk, Seaside Heights Boardwalk and grocery stores.
A move-out cleaning fee is required as well as a utility fee. Beach Passes are availale and tenants are responsible for their return.
