The sparkling clear blue waters of the Gulf welcome you the minute you open the door to our 15th floor beachfront condominium. The platinum level decor in shades of blue and beige envelops you in comfort and class as you pass the large master bedroom with king bed, television and DVD player.
The entry hall, the hallway bunks and second bath open to the fully furnished kitchen(with extra plastic dishes for the pool or beach). A beautiful pine table, four dining chairs and three barstools offer plenty of space for family dining.
The large living area with its dazzling view of the Gulf is spectacular. Have a seat on the blue striped sleeper sofa, put your feet up on the coffee table and watch the pelicans fly by...or the free cable TV and DVD player hidden away in the antique pine armoire across the room may be more to your liking. Two beautifully upholstered chairs add to the comfortable space.
Move to the spacious balcony, have a drink, feel the sea breeze and enjoy yet another gorgeous sunset...thinking about your next trip to the coast.
There is a four night minimum and $200.00 security deposit unless otherwise stated.
All rentals pay 10% tax.
The one time cleaning fee is $75.00.

Year Purchased: 2006
We purchased this condo on the gorgeous Gulf beach especially for the sunsets that never fail to impress. The convenient location is a plus. We are not in the middle of all the t-shirt shops and tatoo parlors ...but can drive there if we feel the need! We love to have a glass (or bottle) of bubbly as the sun goes down and watch the show. We want others to enjoy it , too.

We were thrilled with this condo! The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the furnishings, the VIEW ~ It all exceeded our expectaions. The owner was incredibly friendly, patient and kind. We would highly recommend to all!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
