Enjoy the vacation of your dreams at our stunning executive style villa located on the up-market, gated community of Southern Dunes Championship Golf Resort. Just off Highway 27, our home is the ideal base to experience Disney and the many other theme parks and attractions that make Florida the popular destination that it is.
Relax around our large swimming pool (30 foot by 17 1/2 foot) or enjoy a glass of wine in our six seater Jacuzzi whilst watching the golfers tee off from the eighth. The coastline is only an hour's drive away so why not top up your tan and really make the most of what "The Sunshine State" has to offer? Florida really does have it all.
Our beautiful and spacious home (2600 square foot) has the benefit of two reception rooms both adorned with stylish furniture and pretty floral displays.
Access is provided to the swimming pool from both rooms and the high ceilings and ceiling fans help keep the house cool on the sunniest of days. The formal dining area has an exquisite carved table and chairs and overlooks our landscaped front garden.
The kitchen and utility room is fully equipped for your convenience and the nook, with its wrap around window overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi is situated close by - providing a pleasant, informal place to eat.
All four bedrooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard providing you with a comfortable place to unwind. The master bedroom has an en suite which provides further access to the pool area.
This smoke-free villa, unlike some that sleeps ten, can offer a great deal of space both inside and out. We are fortunate to have an expansive decked area which provides plenty of scope for sun bathing and we further enjoy the benefits of an extensive lanai.
The 30 foot by 17 1/2 foot pool comfortably allows ten bathers to enjoy the water. Similarly, the interior of the villa is extremely roomy - providing ample space for family and friends to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day.
Southern Dunes offers various amenities within its gates. Communal swimming pools, tennis courts and a recreation centre to mention but a few. Our home is within sight of Lake Joe and just a few minutes stroll from Wal-Mart where you can shop 24 hours a day.
There are also many bars and restaurants close by. "The Heart of Florida" Hospital is merely minutes away in the event of any medical emergency. This wonderful smoke-free home in its delightful location could only be an attribute to anyone choosing to holiday in the fantastic area of Florida.

We decided to buy a home close to Disney as we felt the location was ideal for family holidays. The pool and the villa itself provide us with a relaxing home from home while the parks and other ammenities provide all the exctement we could ever want.

There are numerous benefits you can enjoy at 8th Tee villa. Our larger than average pool allows a proper swim and not merely a splash around whilst sitting in the jacuzzi overlooking the 8th tee sipping a glass of wine is so enjoyable after a busy day visiting Disney or Universal Studios.
