Enjoy the vacation of your dreams at our stunning executive style villa located on the up-market, gated community of Southern Dunes Championship Golf Resort. Just off Highway 27, our home is the ideal base to experience Disney, Universal and the many other theme parks and attractions that make Florida the popular destination that it is. In 2011, Legoland, Florida will open and our villa is located within 15 minutes of what promises to be an amazing attraction.
Relax around our large swimming pool (30 foot by 17 1/2 foot) or enjoy a glass of wine in our six seater Jacuzzi whilst watching the golfers tee off from the eighth. The coastline is only an hour's drive away so why not top up your tan and really make the most of what "The Sunshine State" has to offer? Florida really does have it all.
Our beautiful and spacious home (2600 square foot) has the benefit of two reception rooms both adorned with stylish furniture and pretty floral displays. Each year, the home is updated in order to prevent the furnishings looking tired or shabby.
Access is provided to the swimming pool from both rooms and the high ceilings and ceiling fans help keep the house cool on the sunniest of days. The formal dining area has an exquisite carved table and chairs and overlooks our landscaped front garden.
The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped for your convenience and the nook, with its wrap around window overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi is situated close by - providing a pleasant, informal place to eat.
All four bedrooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard providing you with a comfortable place to unwind. The master bedroom has an en suite which provides further access to the pool area.
This smoke-free villa, unlike some that sleeps ten, can offer a great deal of space both inside and out. We are fortunate to have an expansive decked area which provides plenty of scope for sun bathing and we further enjoy the benefits provided by our extensive lanai(covered porch)with two overhead fans for the warm evenings.
The 30 foot by 17 1/2 foot pool comfortably allows ten bathers to enjoy the water. Similarly, the interior of the villa is extremely roomy - providing ample space for family and friends to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day. A Playstation and variety of games plus wireless internet is provided free of charge for our guests use.
Southern Dunes offers various amenities within its gates. Communal swimming pools, tennis courts and a recreation centre to mention but a few. Our home is within sight of Lake Joe and just a few minutes stroll from Wal-Mart where you can shop 24 hours a day.
There are also many bars and restaurants close by. "The Heart of Florida" Hospital is merely minutes away in the event of any medical emergency. This wonderful smoke-free home in its delightful location could only be an attribute to anyone choosing to holiday in the fantastic area of Florida.

stayed in this villa july 2008.This was our fifth visit to southern dunes and this villa was the best we have stayed in plenty of room and a lovely pool area.The villa it self was fab.hope to go back in 2009.
