Situated on the 2nd floor of the West Tower, this condo boasts tile flooring throughout, creating a cool and stylish atmosphere that complements the coastal ambiance. The open floor plan living area provides the perfect vantage point for taking in the stunning views of the Gulf.

The Primary suite is a luxurious haven featuring a King bed and a newly installed custom walk-in tile shower in the Primary bath. Retreat to this tranquil space for rest and relaxation after a day of beachside adventures. The second bedroom offers two Double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests or family members.

Stay entertained and connected with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their favorite shows and movies. Free wireless internet access is also available throughout the condo.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Beautiful condo!

Very clean place! Had a well stocked kitchen, and a gorgeous view. Only issue was getting into the front gate. The code changes and there is no one to help you in immediately.

Good location

Location was great. Management company not so much. Called several times and texted also about a leave coming from the ceiling and a toilet that kept running. Liquid life seemed nice, promised to fix things. They never did. They last 4 days of our trip we had to deal with this. Put a trash can under the leak to catch the water and towels around it to keep it contained. Would not recommend Liquid Life rentals. The condo it self was nice if you can find one by a different company.

Clean and nicely done

Sometimes pictures can be deceiving when booking a property, so you never really know what you’re going to get. I was very content with this property. It was beautifully redone and it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The beach was pretty isolated which I enjoyed. I would have loved to see beach chairs available for use without having to spend $125-$250 for a week for the family of four to have chairs and umbrellas. The parking situation is also disastrous. There are only a handful of parking spots, significantly less than the amount of people in the building. There is a parking attendant who sits in a chair by the gated entrance, letting you know the parking area in front of the building is full. You then have to take your family across a 5 lane street to park and then walk them back over. It was very inconvenient. The property itself was lovely, but with the parking situation, I’m not sure that we would stay again.
