The house is located between Clearwater Beach and Saint Petersburg Beach in a quiet, residential neighborhood approximately one-fourth mile from one of the most beautiful beaches in central Florida. You can walk or ride a bike or take a short drive. There is ample parking near the beach.
The Pinellas Trail biking trail is only four miles from the house and you can ride to the trail on safe roads, no major highways. There are several casual restaurants within walking distance and major shopping areas are close by.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedroom two has a queen-size bed, bedroom three has twin bunk beds which can be disassembled and converted into a king-size bed.
