Route 66 Rentals has recently expanded and offers a variety of properties in The Albuquerque and Southern New Mexico areas. Currently we are offering Three homes in Albuquerque; "Route 66 Splash", "Route 66 Blue" & "Route 66 Celebrity Villa". We also have a home in Las Cruces, New Mexico, called "Country Club Palms".
We have first class accommodations and services, just minutes away from historical Route 66. As our guest you will be greeted by our concierge staff and caretakers. We love to talk about our beautiful cities and state.
"Route 66 Splash" is a 2 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished luxury town home with a fireplace, security system, remote garage entry with a private courtyard and backyard suitable for entertaining and has a private 16 person hot tub. This home comes equipped with all the finer linenes, Stearns & Foster Mattresses and first class service.
"Route 66 Blue" is a private single family home that comes fully furnished and equipped with all the luxuries of home.
The home has three-bedrooms, two-baths and features two king-size beds and one queen-size bed; all linens are 500-thread-count, Egyptian cotton. The great room has two leather reclining sofas and a 50-inch big-screen television with Direct TV. The best way to enjoy the wonderful four seasons of the southwest is in the private backyard which has an exclusive deck, patio furniture and a pond with a very large gold fish, who we just named Pete. Both "Route 66 Blue & Route 66 Splash” are conveniently located within minutes from downtown Albuquerque with easy access to I-40. It is a 15-minute drive to Balloon Fiesta Park, and the University of New Mexico. It's a 20 to 30 minute drive to Intel and Rio Rancho.
"Route 66 Celebrity Villa" is available for the discriminating traveler. It is located in an exclusive gated community with over 4000 Square feet with a three care garage and a remote gated entry. This home has it all, from HD televisions to wireless internet and is monitored by an alarm service for your security. The floor plan is open and is very spacious for entertaining.
There are five bedrooms with three full baths; the master bath has a Jacuzzi jet tub. All linens are over 800 thread count. There is a private theatre with surround sound. This home comes with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with double ovens. All appliances are stainless steel. “Route 66 Celebrity Villa” has views of the Sandia Mountains and the City of Albuquerque. Our newest addition "County Club Palms" is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the heart of the Mesilla Valley. The Mesilla Valley is known for the Rio Grande flowing through the middle of the valley with the majestic Organ Mountains rising to the east. The topography is rich with agricultural land that yields pecans, onions, cotton and other produce, but its real fame is growing the best-tasting green chile in the world.
We will be offering various tours and transportation from Albuquerque to Las Cruces. Southern New Mexico is the home of the future site for the "Spaceport America". Today, Las Cruces offers many attractions, great weather-an average of 350 days of sunshine a year. We provide tours of the Hatch Valley "Home of the world famous Chile Festival", as well as the town of "Old Mesilla".
Mesilla ("Little Tableland") is the best-known and most visited historical community in Southern New Mexico. Since its' beginning, around 1848, Mesilla has had a major influence on the economic, cultural, historical, and political life of the Mesilla Valley. From the Gadsden Purchase, to the Civil War, to the Butterfield Stage Coach Trail, to the trial of Billy the Kid, to being a lively social center in the 1880s--Mesilla has been a prominent part of the rich history of the Southwest.
Currently, there is Optional; Airport, Limo, Car Rental or Tour Guide Service that can be available with any of these properties. There is a discounted rate for guests of Route 66 Rentals. Currently, we have a tour that you can have lunch in Roswell, New Mexico tour the Alien Museum and also visit "The Carlsbad Caverns", one of the Seven Wonders of the world. Finishing up your trip in El Paso, Texas for a day of shopping, south of the Border in Juarez, Mexico.
