This luxury beach front home on the Isle of Palms is located only minutes away from Historic Downtown Charleston. Built in 1995 by Ilderton Contractors, known for their environmentally friendly homes and detailed woodworking, the house has 6 bedrooms, a den which can be converted to a bedroom with a pullout couch, and 4 1/2 baths.
It offers a spacious, hardwood foyer that leads into an elegant sunken living room that is surrounded by columns. The living room is equipped with a large entertainment center that consists of a T.V., DVD player, and stereo. Adjacent is a large, open kitchen that is fully equipped and features all new appliances. All dinnerware, flatware, and cookware are provided. The kitchen and living room overlook the ocean and lead to a spacious screened porch. The porch offers a dining area, ceiling fans, and rocking chairs.
The house also features two large uncovered decks equipped with one grilling area. A spacious backyard provides an area which is perfect for special occasions, and plenty of outdoor activities. The backyard also offers a private pathway that leads directly onto the beautiful beach of Isle of Palms. For your convenience we provide private outside showers located underneath the home.
The house has two king beds, two queen beds, and 4 twin beds with a pullout bed allowing for 3 twin beds per room, thus sleeping a large party or family of 16 guests. Our full glass master shower will provide you with an invigorating view of the ocean. Fresh linens are provided for each new visitor. A departure cleaning service is provided so that your last day is not spent cleaning. For the convenience of our guests there is plenty of parking in front of the house, underneath the house, as well as along the street for all of your occasional needs.
