The little house is a cosy place with a nautical atmosphere. The living room in 20 square meters and you can reach the mezzanine via a simple ladder. You will find a secluded quiet terrace where you can enjoy a peaceful escape from the hubbub of the town center which is only a short distance away. This is because the little house is within an internal courtyard in the center of the historic town, 50 meters from the harbour and 15 minutes walk from the nicest beaches. Most people use bicycles to get around the pedestrian area and there are bycycle pathes to reach the beaches too.
