Our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath golf course villa is located in the gated four-star Palmetto Dunes Resort. This 1800 acre resort has 3 championship golf courses, a renowned tennis faciliy, miles of alabaster beach, biking and walking trails, an 11 mile lagoon for canoeing and fishing, a marina with shops and restaurants and the Hilton and Marriott hotels. Located in quaint and serene Inverness Village, you will be surrounded by the George Fazio golf course and portions of the scenic lagoon. The village's swimming pool overlooks the lagoon and is next to the three free clay tennis courts for your use. The beach is 3/4 mile away, close enough so that you can walk or bike. Your beach access at the Disney Beach House includes designated parking, restrooms and a snack bar.
The end unit's vaulted ceilings and large windows create a bright and open feeling. The living area is tastefully furnished in white wicker and adjoins a deck equipped with patio furniture and electric grill. The newly furnished dining area comfortably seats eight and has a refrigerator and wet bar. A large bay window overlooks the fairway. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an adjacent breakfast nook in an atrium setting and a full size washer/dryer. The first floor master bedroom has great views of the golf course, two full size beds, TV and DVD, walk-in closet, and a ceramic tiled full bath with large walk-in shower. The first floor guest bedroom has a king bed, TV and an adjacent marble tiled bathroom.
The spacious upper level is a magnet for children. A circular staircase leads to a large loft area with a picture window providing views of the golf course. A full size futon and sleeper sofa add sleeping capacity. The bedroom area has a king size bed and a adjacent ceramic tiled bathroom.
The villa has a new air conditioning system with electronic air filtration, a central vacuum system and a broadband high speed wireless internet. Your vehicle parking is just a few steps from the front door.

Our family of 5 managed to get away for a 2 week vacation to Hilton Head. The property is located at the end of the drive right next to the golf course and within easy biking distance to the Disney beach (as well as the general store). The house was very clean, had a great layout and our kids loved the upstairs loft/bedroom. The owner couldn't have been friendlier and quickly returned calls to our inevitable "getting settled in" questions. Having stayed in many a timeshare condo over the years I can honestly say that renting this house was the best thing we have done for vacation and we hope to be back soon.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
