Vacation in a luxury condominium on the sunny south coast of Maui. Located in Wailea, this Grand Champions Villas air-conditioned villa is located on the seventh fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. Grand Champions is near top-rated beaches, numerous fine restaurants, and The Shops at Wailea which contains many high-end shops. Food shopping is easily accomplished in near-by Kihei where you'll find Safeway, Foodland, and Star Market.
The complex contains two pools as well as two jacuzzi spas. Gas grills are available poolside for grilling.
Our unit is a first floor unit in a two story building. It contains a spacious 908 square feet of interior space which is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme. The one bedroom unit contains two full bathrooms.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the lanai while you enjoy the golf and partial ocean view.
The unit was painted and re-decorated in late June 2005. The new custom-made sectional sofa in a tropical print contains a deluxe - extra thick sofa queen-sized bed. There is a new 27 inch flat screen television in the living room as well as a new DVD/CD/VCR player. There is also a smaller television set in the bedroom. Additionally, there is a new clock radio, and new toaster. All bath and beach towels are new as are the bed linens. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area and another air conditioning unit in the bedroom.

A clothes washer and dryer are located in a closet on the lanai so you can return home with clean clothes rather than laundry to do.
I have two very similar one bedroom units at Grand Champions. They are very similar in furnishings. Both are on the golf course and have partial ocean views. If one or more unit is available for a particular time frame, the calendar will show availability even if one unit is booked as long as the other is available. Specific details concerning differences between the two units are available by contacting the owner.
