If you like to relax and watch the ocean or beautiful green mountains with spectacular waterfalls, This is the house for you. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the world famous Princeville Resort area, on the North Shore. This three story Home was built in 2004. The 3rd floor great room and patio allow for unsurpassed views. Our home has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation on the Garden Island of Kauai.
Twice a year for eight years my husband and I visited this island paradise. In 2004 we found dream home. Now we are happy to share it with you when we are not there. My husband loves the World class golf courses of Princeville that are only minutes away. I am a artist and could not find a more inspirational environment in which to paint. I have filled our walls with art and have even painted a mural on the walls in the kitchen. We both enjoy walking in our neighborhood to the beach, and relaxing the day away.
We have furnished this new home with Tommy Bahama furniture. This home does not give the feeling of a rental. You will feel like this is your second home too.
