Seabrook is a gated quiet, peaceful, and beautiful community characterized by rivers, marshes, tidal creeks, and ocean beaches, which are enhanced by an abundance of live oaks and palm trees. It is well suited for wildlife, porpoise sightings, and kayaking. It has an equestrian center, a nearby marina, and a country club with all the amenities, featuring 2 championship golf courses, tennis courts, ocean-side pools for adults and children & 2 restaurants (one on the ocean and one ocean view). In addition, there is new lake side facility featuring exercise equipment and 2 pools - 1 inside and 1 outside. Our club membership enables rentors access to all these amenities. Seabrook Island is located just south of Kiawah and is 25 miles away from historic downtown Charleston known for its restaurants and southern hospitality.
The Villa, located in the Pelican Watch complex, features three bedrooms with four baths on two levels located about 150 feet from the beach and approximately 250 yards from the Country Club. Each level has its own deck overlooking the ocean and the mouth of the Edisto River; there is a short boardwalk to the beach. The unit was completely renovated two years ago. We ask our guests to refrain from smoking in the villa, and we do not allow pets.
Ground or 1st level: Master bedroom (King-size bed) with bath/jacuzzi, shower, and refrigerator. There is also another bedroom with full bath on this level that we call the "kids’ bedroom" (twin beds). The master bedroom faces the ocean.
Top or 2nd level: Living room, dining room, full kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer, half-bath with shower (no tub), and another bedroom (King-size bed) with full bath. The living room faces the ocean.
All bedroom baths have tubs and showers plus vanities with two sinks. All bedrooms have wall TVs and the kids’ TV is equipped with VCR and DVD. The living room has its own 27-inch TV with VCR and DVD. There are irons and ironing boards on each level plus vacuum cleaners, etc. Bring your own beach towels.
Additional Rental Information: For ease of handling confirmation of your rental, payment, key pick up, gate passes, and other administrative details, we coordinate our VRBO® booking through our rental agent, but are able to offer savings if you contact us first through our VRBO® website. There is a registration fee of 3.5% of the total charge (minus taxes). Taxes totalling 10.5% of the rates listed below are added when you book. The deposit on booking is 33%, with the balance due six (6) weeks prior to your arrival. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The villa is cleaned before each visit. Additional cleanings will be needed with stays of two weeks or more. Please note: we discount prices from island rentors via VRBO, but will negotiate further or discount from the prices shown in this writeup in certain circumstances.

This is our second experience in this well-appointed 2 story condo and we are extrememly pleased......the views are soothing, calming, and we awake each morning eager to look out the window! This year we have my mom with us and she said she thinks she needs to purchase a unit here!! Thank you for sharing this delighful vacation home with us. We appreciate your assistance whenever we call and are never disappointed. :)
